Good evening sir. Concerning the late Mr. Nasir's matter, my view is that regardless of the wife's behavior or attitude (even if she is a witch), the fact still remains that the deceased has children and they are entitled to their father's properties.

My dad passed away 23yrs ago and I was in secondary then. My paternal grand parents and uncles told my mom to carry all my Dad had without interfering and still pledge to take care of us.
I perceive this baba Abu Suleiman is not telling the truth that the late man gave him phones while he witnessed his friend gave ATM to his son?? He could have given the friend the ATM as well and not his son if he so trusted him to give his phones and room keys . He reminded us that the woman complained of not feeling fine and even took permission from him to sleep the night at home...now he brings the matter of never sleep in the hospital one day. The man was his friend and he took most of the woman's place around the man ,so he should pay him the last phase of honor. Even if they have to sell properties to bury the man, the children and wife should be the handlers and them support them. He has children, and may God make his children experience any act of display against these children.

Hmmmmmm , my in'laws took me to court collected my five children and told my children i killed their father. Sold all my husband had, and told my children never to come near me or my relations. My children grew and saw for themselves how wicked their father's siblings are. Long story short i am still a widow and only God knows who is wrong or right. I was only 37 and husband was 42 when he died. I am now 62years old.....
