Rich....suppose both databases are at its file size limit...can it still be done?

Nope. Max size is 2 GB. Now you can have linked tables and have more than one that's 2 GB in size, but each ACCDB file can't be over that. If so, you'll need to either prune your data or upgrade to SQL Server.

Hi,, any way we can import data from another database for only one table then appends to the existing data using vba on a form,,like triggering the import process using a button on a form?
