It is common in Russia for insulation. And it adsorbs noise.
Pretty common in Iran, Turkey and rest of the carpet producing countries. The ones for the walls are done in tapestry style scenes. Alot of fancy hotels and airports have wall mounted such Carpets around the world. But her spin of three frames was unique

Now this is probably one of my favorites of hers, because FINALLY she did a project that was at least 95% masculine. I know that it’s difficult for her to not use the GOLD Onlays or Crystal drawer pulls, but overall she did a good job.

Unique, Unique, Unique, Unique, Unique and I am so glad I found you years ago when you first started about 5 or 6 years ago you are a great designer and I have tried the changing of the ceiling fans, the red kitchen cabinets and my night stand with blings added to it with the black marble contact paper. I tried to find the peacock that you did for your aunt on her wall, which I thought was absolutely beautiful. Thank you God for her uniqueness. Amen

Hi Nicole, I’m sorry you got the wrong idea about the whole mix up with the Turkey designs. This was based on the majority of places I visited in the short time I was there. I will definitely be making another European Makeover version with a more subtle decor infused into it next time I visit. Hopefully, my sisters place 🙂. I appreciate you sharing your take on this 💕

I do use black. I painted my kitchen cabinets black, copper spray painted the wall under cabinets, with diamond knobs.
