Another brilliant tutorial, thank you. Probably a topic that most people overlook and wonder why all their hard work in Inkscape doesn't come out right once exported. I didn't know the bit about physical DPI, that's so helpful. I do love the way you explain things. You always give the "why", and evaluate the options if there's more than one, you never say just "do this, do that". I have learned so much from your videos.
Thank you so much Linda. Yes! I always try and give the "Why" because that is how we learn. If you understand why you are doing something, it will cement it into your mind making it easier to remember. I often noticed other videos didn't explain when I first started so I am really happy that it isn't wasted on the people watching. As for the Physical DPI, you are correct. It is very often overlooked because people do not know that the option exists. I remember resizing the canvas and my project so it would work at the correct resolution when increasing the DPI. It was only when I thought "There has to be an easier way" that I found out about the Physical DPI. Thank you for your continued support, it means a lot 😁 #StayCreative
Was it? That is awesome! Inkscape is my favourite creation app. I think that, although daunting at first, it has helped thousands of people get into art and creativity over the years. That can only be a good thing. #InInkscapeWeTrust 😉
