I too was one of those lost souls, who thought I didn’t need anyone or anything telling me how to live my life, until one day, the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to see the truth He showed me how empty and miserable I really was. How fitting is the location for this very thought provoking, and excellently produced episode. The melancholy of man; that emptiness that can easily incapacitate, it leaves a gaping void inside of those who do not know the Lord, or those who have slipped away. It’s the yearning of the thought of eternity which God has placed in everyone of us, the yearning of the soul that cries out for the Creator. A yearning that can only be satisfied by returning to Him. Instinctively, in moments of deep despair or sorrow it’s the name of Jesus that everyone would speak silently, or cry out aloud. The heart of man knows, but the disobedient nature is reluctant to submit. The fool has said in his heart there is no God, yet when he is crushed by life or the bitter sorrow of his ways…when that person puts his trust in Christ as his personal Saviour, God’s fingerprint becomes visible in his life as someone redeemed and transformed from death to life. His wisdom begins, his eyes opened, and Truth is revealed. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. ~~ 2nd Corinthians 5:17. I love when you walked behind the green fence showing and telling human being are slaves to sin, they are in their own prison as I was before walking with Jesus and also as Pastor Stéphane walked behind a short black fence showing that after being born again we are no longer in prison in our own fleshly desires, so no longer slaves to sin but servant of Almighty God. So my greatest desire now is to obey my Lord Jesus and follow Him all the way because there is no other way to get that satisfaction in my soul. It is so true that the people of this world are hypnotized... yes, they are blind ...yes, they are in a spiritual rebellion & they don't want to see what's going on in this invisible world. But Praise the Lord as I was there also in my own spiritual prison but now I have been set free by the grace of God in Christ Jesus. It's no wonder then, that men live for themselves and seek pleasure from sin, because the god of this age has blinded their minds into thinking that they are "gods". This episodes varying images, representative music and Scriptural references bring to light so beautifully the points made regarding the transitional state of the spirit of man from death to life (and from slaves to sin to servants of God most high) for all those who accept Christ and become "born again". Indeed how true it is that the spirit of man pulls upward while the body of man pulls downward and the soul / self ends up in a tug of war in between. I love when you walked behind the green fence showing and telling human being are slaves to sin, they are in their own prison as I was before walking with Jesus and also as Pastor Stéphane walked behind a short black fence showing that after being born again we are no longer in prison in our own fleshly desires, so no longer slaves to sin but servant of Almighty God.
So my greatest desire now is to obey my Lord Jesus and follow Him all the way because there is no other way to get that satisfaction in my soul.
It is so true that the people of this world are hypnotized... yes, they are blind ...yes, they are in a spiritual rebellion & they don't want to see what's going on in this invisible world. But Praise the Lord as I was there also in my own spiritual prison but now I have been set free by the grace of God in Christ Jesus.
I love the Word more now because Pastor Stéphane has that anointing of explaining the Word of God and how to apply it in our day-to-day life.

Thank you for explaining thru the Scriptures what God truly wants us to know . The void that God created in us is our need to search for His Truths for a fulfilling and fruitful life. Without receiiving Jesus as our Lord and Savior and having His Holy Spirit indwelling in us, teaching us all Truths , we will never have That Peace that God has promised. Your perseverance and total dedication shows us why God has chosen you to be the vessel that we need at this moment and time : Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God .

Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. These teachings are such foundational truths. Sadly, modern science would have us believe that we're the product of random chance. It's no wonder then, that men live for themselves and seek pleasure from sin, because the god of this age has blinded their minds into thinking that they are "gods".
But as this episode points out, even in our unbelief, God has placed the thought of eternity in our hearts. And sin, though momentarily fulfilling, only creates a deeper void in our hearts and separates us from God. But praise be to Jesus Christ that He has opened up a new and living way through his death and resurrection.
Today is the day of salvation and anyone can come to Christ to have his sins washed away. In an instant, He can hurl our sins into the depths of the sea and give us a new heart, a new life - eternal life.
Keep going Pastor Stephane! We need more edifying teachings like these amid sermons that reduce to "God is good" and "God is love", when God is so much more.

Pastor Stéphane, thank you again for another great message. I like the comparison you make in your messages. As God is Father/Son/Holy Spirit and man is Spirit/Soul/Body. In this lost world people believe we are body/soul only so they miss the grace of God and stay with the melancholy of man. By doing so their heart stay in a sadden state and won't be able to be set free until they meet the True Master. The Bible says "There is a way that seems right to man, but its end is the way of death." Thank you for bringing Jesus bright light in this lost world.
