I find it cool when people do the song exactly as it is on the album but A. even those drummers generally don't play it exactly as they did on the album and B. I am not those drummers. Music is art, not mimicry. Another great cover.
I was cracking myself up. :) I appreciate the nice comments. For the real covers, I'm still not totally happy with the sound but the Imaginary Enemy song is close. From a talent perspective, you have plenty so I don't mind if you match the album or do your own thing. It all quality work regardless.
🤣🤣🤣. As far as mixing, man it takes a minute each week. I use Reaper as my DAW and my hardware side is all Focusrite (Scarlett). I love mixing. It's always important for me to insert that I am not saying I'm particularly good at it 🤣🤣 but I like trying. My sincere thanks for your awesome support!

Nah, basement but similar to many garage set ups my friend! I moved around the room and used foam until I got an in ear drum sound I was OK with but the tiles above me are all acoustic tiles I had made. Just painted 'em black to fit the vibe. Have a great weekend bro!
