This is utterly brilliant, thank you for sharing your creative ideas! Headed to France and Germany and you have me now trying to figure out where to stash just a little journal odds and ends to journal as we go 😅❤
I hope you have a good time out west. Enjoy travel journaling while on your adventure! Share a flip through if you’re so inclined. I will definitely watch.
I’m glad you liked it! The passport size is great because it’s infinitely packable and easy to fill up with a handful of ephemera and photos. And if you’re worried one insert won’t be enough, they aren’t very expensive, buy two! 😁
I actually just got home from Scotland on May 30th! We did much of the same things you did. I unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy Stirling Castle or really any of Glasgow because I got Covid. First time getting it, and it hit me HARD. I think I slept 23 hours in a row the day I tested positive. I already have a few chronic illnesses, which made things even worse for me. If I ever get the opportunity to go back, I'll do all the things I missed. I really loved your flip through! I documented my trip in a standard size, but it's only a few pages because I missed so much. Next time, I guess!
OmyGOSH! I’m sorry you didn’t get a chance to truly enjoy the wonders of Scotland while you were there. I’ve had COVID and I know how miserable that can be and it takes a while to get back to normal, even without having other chronic issues. You’ll have to go back and get a chance to take in the sites.
You mentioned a little printer... Can you elaborate? Looks like you had a blast. That James was full of the chat eh? Scotland is awesome and I agree the seafood is amazing there.
Sure! The printer was a Canon Ivy 2. It uses a zero-ink (zink) printing technology on small (2x3) proprietary photo paper. You can print a picture on the whole sheet, or, using their app, print an even smaller collage of photos. The paper I bought has a sticky back already so it’s perfect for on-the-go journaling. The only issue I had was that the color seemed to have a greenish cast. This trip was the first one I used it on so there’s probably a way to adjust before printing to get more true-to-life color, I just haven’t played around with it enough to figure it out yet.
Simple and well documented. Very interesting. Real time. Loved , loved it. Documenting with memorabilia is the most important in journaling. Keep journaling.
Thanks for watching and for the kind comments! I'm glad you liked it. Now I just need to save up some more money so I can go somewhere else and journal about it.
Such an adorable little book!
Thank you!

Thank you! I hope you had a great trip and that you'll put together a chronicle of your adventure. They are fun to go back through years later.
This is adorable! What a lovely way of capturing your important memories and mementos. I love this.
Aww!☺️ Thank you!
Great travel journal!!
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was definitely a trip deserving of it's own chronicle.
I'm heading on my first trip to west US and purchased the TN passport to document. Your video gives me ideas. Thanks for posting.

I love it! You can pack so much into the passport insert that it makes me hopeful that it can fit my next travel adventures.
