A60 bridge demolition - paving the way to a reunified Great Central Railway

At the start of October 2022, the original A60 bridge was demolished, to make way for its replacement. This will allow us to reopen the former Great Central main line north of the network rail connection at Loughborough and keeps up the pace with our ambitious Reunification scheme to connect two halves of the GCR main line together.
