Bad Apple, but its played on pictochat, on real hardware

demo for microcontroller based (esp32-s3) pictochat implementation ive been working on
microcontroller has the bad apple video encoded at 3fps in its flash, the framerate achieved in realtime is roughly 2.8fps, it has been sped up slightly to match the original video added alongside
audio is added in after the fact
