I got answer here in the very next video thankyou so much bro. as you said root user can have full access to iam users & i thought if we get any issues with him(iam root user) in organization i thought he might delete our work or disturb our work. now i understood even root user can have deny permissions on deletions. Your are one of the Legends bro thanks for indepth info on every thing. Where as roles can be directly attached to resources like ec2 instances
