    INGREDIENTS: (for 500 gm Prawns)
    [A] For Marinate: - (Marinate for around 1 hour for better taste/Flavour)
    1)Prawns - 500 gm
    2)Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
    3)Red Chilli Powder- 2 Tsp
    4)Salt to Taste
    5)Mint Leaves
    6)Coriander Leaves
    7)Oil - 1 Tbsp
    8)Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
    [B] For Masala: -
    1)Garlic Cloves - 10-12 Nos
    2)Ginger - 2 Inch
    3)Shallots - 10-12 Nos
    4)Grated Coconut
    5)Green Chilli - 2-3 Nos
    6)Dry Red Chilli - 2 Nos
    7)Coriander Leaves
    8)Mint Leaves
    [C] For Biryani: -
    1)Ghee - 2 Tbsp
    2)Oil - 1 Tbsp
    3)Cardamom - 3-4 Nos
    4)Clove - 3-4 Nos
    5)Star Anise - 1 No
    6)Cinnamon
    7)Stone Flower
    8)Bay Leaf
    9)Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
    10)Onion - 4-5 Cut into thin slice.
    11)Tomato’s - 2 Medium Size
    12)Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp
    13)Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
    14)Salt to Taste
    15)Coriander Leaves (Handful)
    16)Mint Leaves (Handful)
    17)Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
    18)Diluted Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
    19)Rice - 500 gm (Soaked in water)
    20)Curry Leaves (Fried for flavour)
    Recipe: -
    Cooker - 2 Tbsp Ghee - 1 Tbsp Oil - Whole Spices (Cardamom, Cloves, Star anise, Cinnamon, Stone flower, Bay Leaf) - Stir it - Add onion slice - Stir it until onions turns to golden brown - once onion turns to golden brown - add prepared masala - mix it well and cook it on low flame until the raw smell goes and start releasing oil - add tomato - Turmeric powder ½ Tsp - add 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder - Salt to taste - mix it well until tomato get mushy - add handful off coriander leaves and mint leaves - mix it well - add 1 Tbsp Garam masala - Marinated Prawns - mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame - add diluted coconut milk - mix it well - After first boil add soaked rice - cook it on low flame for a 2-3 minutes - add hot water - add 1 Tbsp Ghee - fried curry leaves - cover with cooker lid and allow to cook on medium to high flame until the steam out - once steam out put a weight and cook it for 8-10 minutes (with/without whistle).
