US president welcomes newly enlarged NATO alliance, addresses Ukraine defense, and more

U.S. President Joe Biden this week will host the newly enlarged NATO alliance for a summit aimed at addressing a range of issues, including how to ensure that Ukraine’s defense against Russian aggression remains a top priority, despite the outcome of the race to the White House in November.
