If you wear them both, something will happen in infectious frown. If you join the game, you will have a creepy mask with pupils, but if you get infected, the pupils will dissapear, giving you a mask with black eyes. It works for me

I imagine the spear is good in the temple as you can easily kill the guards with t range the spear has but the zirus is not easy to kill with the spear
