Don't blame Sarah for having her moment. Getting those kitchen appliances is really a big deal. On most of the DIY homesteading channels I watch the women get excited and emotional about the bathroom and the kitchen. Sarah has shown us how she feels about both. Every board put up on the ceiling is one step closer to the finish line. Sarah overcoming her fears and climbing the ladder like nothing is a huge milestone. Always be cautious though. Accidents happen to the pros too when they forget to pay attention. Giving her a thumbs up 👍 and a high five 🖐️ for the progress she's made. As always wishing you the best of success with the build.

I’m guessing you haven’t purchased any appliances lately. Because if you had, you would know to plug them in and make sure they’re working properly right away. We purchased a fridge last year and Lowes had to replace it THREE times before we finally got one that worked like it should. And I’ve heard the same story from many people. Doesn’t matter the brand. They just don’t make them like they used to.

The labor intensiveness of the shiplap ceiling is really slowing you down but it is absolutely spectacular.
It really is a massive project, but it should look incredible once it's finished.
