"You know why? Because Phil told me too." Great reason and advice!!
I think Stone acts and talks like Jase and Jase acts and talks like Phil lol!!! And Uncle Si is so sweet and has such a big heart ♥️
Who is Stone? Somebody’s son or family friend?
@@kyfaithhavenfarm9228 Stone is married to Phil’s granddaughter so that would be Phil’s grandson in law.. His name is Jay Stone but they call him Stone he’s a cool guy.. Phil’s oldest son Al has a daughter named Anna and that’s who Stone is married to
all i needed to see was sis face in the thumb nail to know this is gonna be a good one haha
Same
We need a video on Si showing how he makes his tea
Sweat tea is one of the easies things my family been making it for years and we dont serve piss water and suger that tea got to be a little dark because combined with suger gives it that sweet treat taste every southerner loves. I usuly do 15 to 20 tea bags for a big gallon or so. And suger ! Whatever sweatness ya like. But remeber the weaker the tea you gonna loose that flavor
Yes how sweet and how strong is it
It's just right when it makes hair grow on your chest and curls your teeth at the same time! Dark enough to almost look black.
He just made a video about that 1 hour ago
He has one
Other channels shy away from blood and guts but I love how these fellows teach everyone how they live off the land, It may be a bit more futuristic way of teaching but damn do I love it.
GOD BLESS this family, and that Jambalaya looks FANTASTIC.Keep them videos coming ya"ll.
Love you SI! God Bless You Brother!

THEY ALL NEED TO HAVE STONE & UNCLE SI BACK ON UNASHAMED PODCAST I WISH MY GOOD DAD COULD HAVE GONE ON UNASHAMED BUT HE HAS GONE TO B WITH THE LORD THANK U HAVE GOOD DAY
Got to have that cast-iron pan
looks great
Yes sir!!!!!!! I’m a mini si fr!!
Goofball: Why do you need more than 10 rounds?
Me: You've never hunted wild pig...
Exactly lol
There's a reason it's gotten to where people hunting from helicopters I think I'd rather walk up on a bear than a mad hog
Looked like the 2nd pig was taken out with one shot. That would make the first pig a victim of operator error.
I’m have to make this it looks so good
Thats some good eating!
I can't kill it, but can I still have a taste.lol
Your the best
That looks so yummy. Hey
They got it where I can’t go live Ryan Upchurch is trying to steal my sound again.
Damn that intro scene who ever dropped them 3 pigs 😯 what a shot 👍🏻 I would of missed all 3 haha
Kansas style sausage = Andouille sausage. If you're cooking this on a stove, you can add all the liquid and rice, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and let cook for 20 minutes. Add in scallions or green onions (same thing) stir, turn off hear and cover, and let steam for 30 minutes. When they say louisiana or arkansas rice, they mean medium grain white rice.
Thank you! I just tried the recipe today and the tip with the rice would have come in handy.
I can't do this level of spiciness though, I went with smoked brats instead. Also I kinda followed the video but that is way too much onion. I'm going to keep tweaking it until I get it to my satisfaction, but this is definitely staying in my repertoire.
Nyku the right ratio is always 2 parts onion, one part bell peppers, one part celery. It’s referred to as the “trinity” in southern cooking, just as it’s two parts onion, one part carrot, and one part celery for “mirepoix” in most French / continental cuisine. BUT if you think it’s too much onion for you, then by all means, modify it. Recipes are suggestions, not a blueprint you must absolutely adhere to. I made this the other day, had to increase a couple things as I made 4 gallons. For instance you can add shrimp to it, or crab. In both cases, add at the very end, and stir it in, it’ll cook with the remaining heat in the food. Or you could add tomatoes to it if you’d prefer a more Creole version instead of a Cajun version (Creole food uses more tomatoes). As for the sausage being too hot, cut the pieces bigger, and avoid them yourself. If you ever make gumbo, the andouille sausage plays a very large part in the flavor profile of the food. Especially if you’re cooking for others. The rule of thumb is that you’re not cooking for your pallet but the pallet of everyone else.
Si needs his own show .
Wild pigs is the best leanest and cleanest meat , good eating. But why y'all didn't add any seasonings ? No salt , pepper ? Cajun spices ?
that looks soooo good!!!!!!!! send me some please
Uncle si is the man
