I had positive ANA, high anti-dsdna, high b12, and high alk phos, but was told I don’t have Lupus or any autoimmune condition for that matter.
What if your ANA is normal and was told you have SLE?
My ANA jumped from 1:160 to 1:640 in one week and other blood works like ESR, CRP or WCW and RA, DsDNA etc. all normal and negative, I do have joint pains and swollen fingers during periods. Why my ANA is so high?
I am self diagnosing after a "non-specif leg rash" per the bd certif derm! Unable to find rheum appt in less than 4 mis. And I have insur. So my self dx: drug indu ed scle. I have 2 autoimmune diseases,ppms and hashimoto.
Both for 35 yrs. I am 77 f.
Any advice other than wrap it up??

Can an ear infection cause a positive ANA 1:80?
Why is my alkaline phosphatase elevated. Most recentmy 990. DX 2005 connective tissue diwe are from elevated liver studies, positive ANA then +ANA panel.
