Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients:
Milk (दूध) - 1¼ cup
Mango (आम), diced - 2.5cups/500gms
Raw mango (कच्चा आम) - ½ cup/75gm
Condensed milk (गाढ़ा दूध) - 10 tbsp/190gm
Custard powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1tbsp
Milk (दूध) - ¼ cup
Cream (क्रीम) - 100 gm

@@manikakapur6280 I followed the recipe step by step to get super soft silky-smooth icecream. please follow the recipe step by step follow the measurements. Sir's explanation is awesome to get perfect super soft silky-smooth icecream. Always take full fat milk from here follow the recipe step by step. Pour the mixture in an air tight container..let it set for 3 hours transfer the mixture and blend for few minutes in pulse mode and again pour it in airtight container and tap it twice and cover it with a foil and close the lid and deep freeze it for 8 hours.

What is the concept behind adding raw mangoes along with yellow mangoes? Would it give a sweet and sour taste? In how much quantity should raw mangoes be added? Can it be completely optional to add in the ice cream?
Although adding custard powder while preparing the ice cream and grinding the mixture in the end was a smart move. Thanks chef for bringing such delicacies at home front.
