Yes slowing bloon does effect ur own bloons too basically any card that says target bloon or monkey lets u use it on urs or other person

Yeah, this is true except for a few cards, but I feel like those cards with 'target' should be able to work on your own things.

@@MasterpieceOTWR if it says 'target friendly' it can only affect your stuff, 'target enemy' is only opponent's stuff, just 'target' is anything

But interestingly when i tried to hit my black bloon with a wizard it refused. Also double trouble doesn't work on opponent bloons
