Yes, AE and Illustrator. Usually 4-5 weeks including client feedback rounds and initial scriptwriting.

Dear Marisabel, thank you very much for the kind words on our video. This whole video has been produced as a custom animation. We have recreated all app screens in Adobe Illustrator so that we had the flexibility to animate all element just like in a motion graphic. Unfortunately there is no single tutorial to learn these skills.
Overall you would need to learn how to build vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator and then animate these elements in Adobe After Effects. Hope this helps. Best, Alex.
