She's one of my favorite golden age actresses. This was her last known role. She does it well, but it is just a small role--too small to bill her as a star, and maybe she didn't want to be in a list of supporting actors after she had been such a big star in the 30s. Doing some online research, apparently there can also be other reasons actors are uncredited. Here are websites with examples: screenrant.com/famous-actors-uncredited-big-movies-major-blockbusters-mystery/ whatculture.com/film/10-famous-uncredited-roles-you-may-not-have-noticed movies.stackexchange.com/questions/15756/why-are-some-actors-uncredited-in-certain-films and here's a link to the credits for The Legend of Bagger Vance which, if you scroll down, lists eleven uncredited actors, including Jack Lemmon as narrator www.imdb.com/title/tt0146984/fullcredits?ref_=tt_cl_sm#cast
My great great grandmother Wanda was the wife of Luis Alberni who plays Dr. Jekyll in this!!!! Thanks for posting!!!!!

Ifn I was a railroad train engineer, I'd want my engineers Cap!!!
Why that's Evelyn Knapp! Why isn't she credited?

Actress Evalyn Knapp was NOT IN THIS MOVIE, like the credits claimed she WAS.

Great fun! But it does rip off Hitchcock's Sabotage, doesn't it!
