Luca's music, old AND new, is pure gold.. some songs are better than others, some albums are greater than others. But you can't deny the fact that it's all freaking enjoyable. If anything, his music has gotten better over the years, plus, he know composes based on his interests rather than dragging on a "cool idea" that was hot in the 90's.
Give the trash talk a rest. You are here to enjoy his music. If you are not and come to just bash, kindly gtfo. Go find something positive to do. :S

Rhapsody com a formação original, sim. É a melhor banda de metal sinfônico. Mas eu particularmente não curti muito este novo vocalista ou talvez, sejam as letras menos inspiradas das últimas composições. Mas ainda assim, vida longa aos menestréis do Rhapsody!

This is a pretty good track in my opinion. I wish the guitar was higher in the mix and the drums sound powerless. The chorus will probably be stuck in my head for the next couple days.

Nickoji I'm a rather picky audiophile. My headphones are better than most people's headphones as I can't stand listening to sub-par audio. Of course whether or not the guitar is loud enough or whether the drums are powerful enough is subjective, but for me, the guitars needed to be louder and the drums needed to sound more powerful. Finding the right balance is very difficult and few producers can do it well.
Decaying Reverie So I'm not the only one that thinks the sound production of the instruments is terrible in this song, everything is too soft. Maybe it's just a bad upload to youtube? I tend to avoid youtube if I have to if I want to stream music. Like if you compare the sound of let's say a song from Luca Turilli's Dreamquest "Black Rose" you can clearly hear the difference in the quality.
Hell, an album I wasn't expecting to come out at all (swing of death) by Dracula (another Jorn Lande side project) is so far, more impressive.

In the end Luca's Rhapsody turns out to be the best one :) I say that having waited long enough to listen to both Rhapsody's new albums... Fabio Leone may try harder, but i believe Luca's inspiration and the results of it will always keep him in-front.

Contrary to some others, having thoroughly listened to all of Luca's work, I think these last two albums in Luca Turilli's Rhapsody are the best things he has ever done, going beyond just basic appeal to those who enjoy this style of music and into the actual status of legend in the sense that all the best classical composers are today vs. their own time when they weren't fully recognized.

I do love how people are criticising the imagery of a freaking lyric video! Aren't the lyrics and the music kinda supposed to be the focus of these kinds of videos? As far as I care, the imagery is on the same level as the visualisers in Media Player, just some pretty imagery so that it's not just a blank screen with words. And as for the lyrics, it tells an interesting enough story with a romanticised version of the Rosicrucians (or rather, what the Rosicrucians would LIKE us to think they are like), throwing in a bunch of bits of new-age pseudoscientific jargon about crossing the 'quantum gate' to get to some spiritual source. Pretty simple stuff, but I like.

I like to play classical and electric guitar, I've follow and enjoy Turilli's work for some ten years and always my head select those solos, riffs and orchestrations that really amaze me and that I want to repeat for the rest of the week (or the rest of my life) and despite the excellent legend, entrance and chorus I feel like there was no solo (probably because the guitar just followed the orchestra) and that the pause for the symphonic chords was nice but those notes were on tension (maybe I'm used to baroque harmonies? or they wrote it too complex to enjoy?) and that break was too brief for the things those chords were starting to say. Anyhow I liked it (definitely thumb up) but probably I wont repeat it again to enjoy, well I'll buy that disc and I'll think again I guess.

I especially like the symphonic parts where the rythm kicks in. I do not have problems with the guitar, I like that we get the synths louder, which is rare for most metal songs, but I would love to get a remix of this more guitar focused as well

When itgets to the beginning of the lyrics, you can really feel the Masted Sound. Guys put them on large Stereos and Monitors.. I bet this will sound more intense lol; you can feel the vibrations i bet. I don't have Stereos or powerful Monitors, but I'm sure it'll have so much power.

Albeit tha this music is not terrible, the glory days of the "Rozenkreutz" were over when the Sumerian tablets were unearthed. Therefore 90% of the conjecture was false.
