I love western Ireland, especially touring Slea Head drive on the Dingle Peninsula. The views are absolutely amazing! I watched your 2nd video and see that your next stop was Northern Ireland. I’ll be curious to see if you stopped at the rope bridge at Carrick-a-Rede. We loved it, but it was definitely more strenuous of a hike than we expected!
Just found your channel while looking for Portland ME travel guides and now I'm addicted! Love these travel videos and excited to see more of your Ireland adventures!
So exciting!! I found your videos searching Pittsburgh travel videos and discovered your Pittsburgh perogi tour. My husband and I just got back from a week long vacation in Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Philly. Glad I found you guys!! ❤️
So good to finally see two American tourists with their act together. So many are clueless and there's no need to be as you can research everything from bus time tables, sporting and theatre events, opening hours, booking tours (like the Book of Kells) etc. There's no need to be surprised by the weather - check it in advance. For Americans if you have T Mobile for phone service it will work seamlessly once you arrive - no switching SIM cards etc. However if you DO need a SIM card getting one from Amazon prior to your trip is an excellent idea.
Thank you, Jerry! You’re right, there’s definitely all the information you need out there to plan a successful trip if you just do some research ahead of time.
A walking tour is such a great way to kick things off in a new place. Those dancers are seriously TIGHT! Pouring a Guinness is def’ a skill - really cool they tech you that in the tour. Awesome outtakes, especially the “head on a pillow!” 🤣
@@GrandWalkingTours we went up to Northern Ireland for a few days! We posted that video last week. We can’t wait to get back and see more of Ireland though ☺️

I've been looking for some new travel vloggers to watch since I've got a major travel itch right now, and I already absolutely love your videos! Pro tip for getting a row to yourself on the plane as a pair, book the aisle and window (or aisle and aisle if your are in the center island) and leave the middle empty. It's less appealing to people to pick, and if it does get booked just offer to switch the person to sit together. No one will fight you to stay in the middle seat lol
Hey Elizabeth! Thanks so much for the nice comment...we're glad you found our channel :) We've heard of this tip before...just haven't tried it out yet but we'll definitely have to on an upcoming flight!
Awesome video! We too are flying (from Philly) to Dublin in August, we'll arrive around 5:30 so my question for you two was the timing in deplaning to the bus. Our bus out to Galway leaves around 6:30 so Im a bit nervous about making that in time. Second question was, did you have any issues with the sim cards?
Hey Cass, thanks for watching and commenting! We really had no delay in deboarding the plane and grabbing our luggage. There was hardly anyone else in the airport during that time so it was a quick process. Do you know where your bus leaves from? If it's outside of the airport, I think you'd be more than fine. As far as the sim cards go, mine worked great and Laurel's stopped working after the first day. We knew this was a possibility as the reviews were kind've mixed. Laurel used my phone as a hotspot so we had no issues for the rest of the trip. I was able to return her faulty sim card for a full refund on amazon when we returned home so it all worked out. Here is the link if you're interested in trying it out. I would suggest buying two like we did and returning one if you don't end up using it. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FI1JW72/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hey! Is your bus leaving from the airport or would you need to get to a different location to catch the bus? One of the SIM cards worked great the entire time..the other stopped working the second day. 😅 We didn’t try very hard to troubleshoot though, since we were fine with using one phone. Amazon refunded us for the one that stopped working. Are you country hopping or staying in Ireland? There might be something better/cheaper for just Ireland!
@@TheEvergreens Nah our bus leaves from the airport. From what I read there's a section outside of Terminal two where all the buses leave so I think we'll be okay (hopefully) lol. I'm super nervous about not being able to use my phone. However, husband's phone just got a new data plan so like you guys we'll atleast have one working phone if mine doesn't work out with the new SIM. Thanks so much for the feedback :)
@@Cyliecat There are 3 bus companies going to Galway and they leave about every 20 minutes . If you miss one you can grab the next one .
