The final part is one of my favorite episodes because he's literally going through and explaining a bunch of tropes in anime and saying "Oh don't worry, this isn't exaggeration for comedic effect in anime, the world is *actually* like this because I used my mind control to make the world believe that it's totally normal". It's really a funny way to lean into all of the over-the-top tropes that anime has.
I recommend dub if you feel like sub is too fast and reading the many subtitles is overwelming, saiki k has an equally good dub, i watched saiki k twice in dub and sub and dub is equally hillarious (this is coming from someone who hates watching anime in dub)

Funny enough, Hairo is voiced by Rengoku, so him saying "put your heart into it" is basically "set your heart ablaze". The loudness and passion really reminds me of Rengoku, haha.

I think even he himself doesn't know the limit of his own powers anymore because he's constantly wearing those limiters. As he himself said in one of the later anime episodes, his physical power alone has actually grown exponentially since his childhood. I don't even want to think about how strong he is now without limiters and what that means to his other powers.
