Some advice to anyone listening to this or any other fields. Keep in mind this is purely based on my personal experience and our bodies/minds are all different, but I have kept an extensive written record and experimented a lot. What I found is that (1) you have to be in the right frame of mind when listening. I realize people generally say you can listen while doing other things or while sleeping, and while this may or may not be true, I found by far the best way is to sit or lie down relaxed with your eyes closed and listen INTENTLY, specifically focussing on the part of your body/mind that you want to change. If like me, you tend to feel a slight "pressure" around your temples/forehead/face, imagine that as "energy" and direct it/feel it washing/moving to what you want done (your eyes in this vid). I know people also talk about (2) "detachment" but I feel that is far less important than what you do during the listening process. If you do happen to look in the mirror for changes, the important part is to IGNORE and quickly whisk away any thoughts like "hmm, I don't see a difference". Just trust that it is happening and most importantly, ENJOY the listening process. Look forward to it and try to make it something that you find makes you happy, i.e. Connect happy and pleasurable emotions to it, as if you were listening to your favourite song that brings you good memories. Lastly (3) it is ok to get distracted, but try to be in a quiet place and focus again when you do get distracted. If at any point you don't feel like listening or get the idea that you have to listen for a set amount of time and are continuing only to make up time, stop. This is what works best for me and I hope it helps you too.

I’m here to tell ya I’ve only listened a couple of days maybe 3 or 4 x either followed by or before by QIs 11th track and I have heavy blue rings on the outer part not just faint but quite obvious and I had brown eyes but it’s quickly dissipating. If you want to see what it’s doing quicker then try using sapiens senescent cell removal and it’ll start showing the color change quicker. Good luck on your journeys 😎🍀

The key to getting results is: no expectations! Been listening since a few days and haven’t checked for results so far. Just enjoy it and do deep breathing along the frequency and check after maybe 2 or 3 weeks. But still, carry on for at least 1 month.

Hello, I hope you all doing well❤️ so I have been using subliminal for a month, and I saw a change. My playlist: auric body cleanse, booster, melanin remover, lighter eyes, blue eyes v2, blue eyes (first version), grey eyes (not necessarily always), booster (as a wrap up). I drink water while listening, visualize that my melanin is removed and that I have a lighter eyes, I listen before I go to sleep and\or throughout the day, I put one video of my list on loop which is lighter eyes (since I want my eye color to be light in whatever shade) and my advice to you is to stop checking your result, stop telling yourself you have dark eyes, stop obsessing or tiring yourself by listening too much, take sips of water while listening, listen in a place where its calm and no outside sounds distracting you, love yourself and your outer appearance/ look, be consistent and don’t stop, persist, believe that it’s happening, and you have to know that nothing matter regardless of genetics, age, race or whatever it is don’t let a limiting belief stops you from your desire. You could do the same playlist as mine without the colors, I personally want to reach to the shade that looks good on me.

Been listening for pretty much a month now, more consistently lately but on and off most of the time... my eyes are definitely lighter and they have a light green colour to them in white led or neon lighted rooms. I can now clearly see my pupils in pictures even from a distance. I was combining with a sea green eyes formula cause it was a shorter video and easier to listen, but now I'm only focusing on this cause my desired colour is blue, not green. Usually listening at night with my 'Main' playlist. This video gives me the fastest results with the eye colour change topic. The difference between this blue eyes v2 and the first one is that the first one gives you greener eyes at first and removes melanin in layers, but this goes straightly to blue, hence the blueish hint in the eyes is stronger than the green colour I got when I used the old video years ago.
