made my day. I was struggling for hours with the the proper location of metal bracket that popped out during disassembly. Thank you for the helpful upload.
NICE VIDEO! can you show how to replace the blades and the other 2 peaces at the trimm-funktion? i droped mine and can not fix it. the moving funktion (left-right) works. ty! bb
Thank you. Unfortunately I do not have this trimmer any more :( And this video is made long time ago and I forgot details about disassembling. If I find some video about your topic I will answer to you.
Hi Chuck, I have same problem as you after dropping it one of the pip hinge part broken. Now can’t seem to engage blade to motor . If you find solution let me know…
This solution was not last long, maybe 4-5 shavings, but I have 2 of them and still use one of these for almost 10 years, it is not perfect, the more you lift the lever the worse are results, but it finishing the job...
Ja je koristim već nekih 10 god i ne menjam je jer radi :D ali loša je poprilično kada šiša, moram po 100x da prelazim da skine sve, za neku 0 je dobra ali sve sa češljevima što više podižeš češalj to lošije skida...
Compact design of this consumer product is culprit for its miserable disassembly experience. Not to compare with professional trimmers that are usually larger. I've bought it some 13 years ago, but with modern day industry trends, I am not sure it has become easier to crack your devices open and service them.
I wish you slowed down the video when you split it in 2 to see the battery which I want to replace? Is there a clip somewhere. I have the exact same model

Great to hear that! Thank you for watching!
I wondered why you were using epoxy instead of super-glue, but then I saw that you just loved the fun of the chase!
Metal part under the blade keeps unclipping when attaching the blade. Did you encountered this issue? How did you solve it?
Thanks for your video! Needed to preplace the batteries (2x NiMH AAA 750mAh)
Glad it helped, thank you for watching the video!

Thanks for the video. How long did the repair work, did it get loose again? Can you please tell us what trimmer you use now?
