Pushed Out of Paternity

The plaintiff always believed the defendant was his daughter. Even though he was pushed out of her life, the plaintiff petitioned the court for a paternity test to prove the defendant is his child. The defendant says growing up, she believed another man was her father, and she didn’t even meet the plaintiff until she was 14. No matter the outcome, the defendant is eager for the results.
