I know this video is pretty old now, but in case anyone stumbles on it here is my favorite trick: crank the f/stop down to 0.1 or so, which narrows the depth of field to almost a plane. You can then adjust the focal distance to where you want it knowing that the thin almost-plane will be the sharpest part of your image. You can then reset the f/stop to what you plan on using for the shot.

Excellent! I used the smooth modifier in DAZ, then the DazToUnreal Bridge, and used JCMS. I found that smoothing didn't work in UE5, and the export was very slow. I use baking smoothing in DAZ, but it is very slow, exporting JCMS does not output smoothing effect, how can I solve it. thanks

Smoothing is a dynamic modifier in Daz Studio, so it won't work with exported objects. I don't know anything about the DazToUnreal bridge, but the developer has a Discord server and a website for support: davidvodhanel.com/
