iProperties, Quantity, and the Bills of Material

Inventor automatically tracks the components within your assembly via the Bill of Materials (BOM). This includes iProperties and the quantity. Use this information for downstream usage, for example exporting to a spreadsheet, or placed into your drawings as Parts Lists.
