Incidentally, he is a board member of the institute 😂

because.the then state govt passed a bill in Bidhansabha, which went for presidential approval. Which was not received at that time. The bill is still pending approval. You cannot simply take action with out a law in place :) .. If everyone is involved.bring out their identity.but standing on the otherside of the bridge.I (we) can see Kunal, Madan & popular TMC leaders with the associated CHIT FUND group. Our Constitution says "It is the responsibility of the state to protect its citizens and their property." Union government protects us from the out side dangers whereas state governments from inside. I doubt if Kunal Ghosh has cognizance to it.
Kunal Ghosh was MP that time from TMC. Means part of the government ruling the state. So, it was unbecoming on his part to say in the sense "I don't know", "I was not part of the company", "I has had no information" etc. etc. Fact was that Public lost their money and that's all, it was the question 'to whom the money was lost', and you were in responsible position to dig it out. But you didn't do it. You said you are faithful to Mamata Banerjee. But, Mamata is too answerable for the loss of public money, and being her party member, her MP the moral responsibility of her's falls on you too.
