Love from south Africa 🇿🇦 bro thank you for showing our beautiful country we wish more visitors to come enjoy our beautiful country and vibrant culture the locals are to get along with and most people can speak English
My grandparents from JAMNAGAR came to south Africa 1897 . I am still in touch with my family in Jamnagar, thanks to my grandparents who kept us connected to our cousins, WE used to visit them once every few years . WE are now the 5th generation in south Africa, Thanks to internet we now in touch all the time ,
You bring great energy to your vlog. And a very brave young man to be walking thru some dodgy areas of Durban. Durban used to be a very beautiful holiday city but has recently lost its shine thu ongoing government mismanagement. However there are still some great safe areas to visit. Btw I'm a 4th generation Indian Saffa and could only understand about 20% of what you said.
Hi Shubam welcome to Durban, love your videos, you in FLORIDA Road, I live in the same area called Morningside. Be a little vigilant not all areas in Durban is safe. Have a good stay. Love from Durban enjoy. ❤
Hi Shubham, im glad that you have had an awesome experience in Durban- KwaZulu-Natal. Yes, Durban is a beautiful city however there is a lack of maintenance in other parts due to corruption. One has to be wise and vigilant on South African streets and crime is high in some areas- no go areas. The central Durban District isn't really safe for some and glad that you were not mugged of your belongings around Victoria Street area. I lived around the Morningside/ Florida road area a few years back and thats one of the better and more vibrant parts of Durban. The other safer areas are Umhlanga/ Ballito- hang-out and night-life spots. I live about 90km inland from Durban in the city of Pietermaritzburg and was in India last month and honestly i felt safer on the streets of India then in my own country - sad to😢say hey. I will definitely come back to your country and hope that i knew of you coming to Durban so that i could have taken time off to show you around. There are other really beautiful and must see areas other then Durban. Wishing you a safe and adventurous journey ahead and take care my brother😊
And there we go... u was a tourist in india.. u haven't visited the parts of india where u should not go as in any other COUNTRY to compare.. it's ppl with ur mentality who always thinks grass is greener on the other side that gives our country a bad name
@@SohalcreationsYes! Every country has its negatives and I'm sure India as well however I can easily say that the streets of Indias major cities are far more safer then South Africa. The degree of violence with regards to crime is high. Didn't you hear the black women warn him on this particular video. You are totally clueless about my mentality and have family members who went abroad on numerous occasions and back in SA so I do know that the grass is not always greener on the other side. I have a few South Indian friends working in Pietermaritzburg and does say that South Africa is not safe due to crime. I myself had a knife placed at my throat during daylight and robbed of my valuables and and elderly family member murdered by thieving bastards. Yes! I will say it again that the streets of India are much safer then SA. I'm not giving SA a bad name...it's reality! I will continue to warn other Backpackers to be aware and vigilant when visiting SA. Did you hear about the young foreign guy who went on a hike up a mountain in Cape Town and never return. His belongings were found with some thugs. His family was left devastated. What's your thoughts about that now?? Don't be an idiot and please warn these naive youngsters about the dangers lurking in a beautiful country

Namaste Shubham, welcome to Durban. I hope your stay here was good. You were at the City Hall which is an iconic building where you saw the statue of Victoria. That was not Victoria Street but you were between west street and Smith street😊. I'm amazed that you bravely walked the city centre doing videos with your phone. We will never walk in Central Durban like that, all valuables must be concealed in a bag, pockets etc and be aware of your surroundings. I was born in Durban but my aaji is a direct descendant from India, her father came to South Africa possibly from UP/MP/Rajasthan we think. Trying to trace ancestors. There is a large population of Indians in Phoenix, Chatsworth, merebank, tongaat, Stanger as these are the predominantly indian areas that were zoned during apartheid. Thank you for sharing.🙏
The taxi dropped you off in West street, city Centre. Those buildings are the Durban City Hall and the old Post office. Buildings look like British buildings because South Africa was colonised by the British. Area is not safe at all.
Yes we have a crime issue here Illegal immigrants from Africa including Pakistanis and Bangladeshis are trying all means to survive here Most of these foreigners are involved in criminal activities Our police officials are on their payroll

Shame he does not know. I believe someone advised him incorrectly. He has a misconception...Indians work so hard in this country and not all indians are rich .

This is a sign Indians should move out of India. We are capable, but our system is rigged to keep us poor.

Seen very good areas of interest in South Africa. Veri nice town planning by British colonials DURBAN . But safety issue is most probably required.
