You gain too much fat, as very apparent here, and hence Auden’s age, he should be taking it more slow and steady. Your endurance goes down, speed goes down, and just not healthy. Ive been here too, worst mistake ever though i was skinny, it took so long to cut the excess fat rather than doing it clean
