Dina thank you for sharing your journey! It was a stroll down memory lane, I remember a lot of your pages from Stampington magazines, which first inspired me to try art journaling. Thank you for these daily demos, and I want to say I really appreciate you putting them here on You Tube for those of us who just aren't that into Facebook anymore! I love your art and your heart.

Can I tell you something? Watching this has been the most helpful thing for me in my artistic journey than anything ever in my life. I feel like you are my soul sister and and all of my life I've been just pretty much how you describe yourself and have been told that it wasn't the right way that I need to be another way So when I started picking up art it was a way that I could be myself and nobody could tell me that it was wrong because it was art!! I could be different I could put things where I wanted and nobody was telling me to straighten them up and put them back and be neat and be tidy! This! It has been so freeing in so many ways not just artistically but emotionally that I can't even begin to thank you enough for sharing your journey. I guess I'm drawn to you because We are so much alike. Thank you thank you thank you I'm 50 years old and just now figuring myself out Through art. Thank you.

I love all your beautiful journals Dina! I started art journal almost 1 1/2 years ago, and I'm loving it!! I wish I would have started years ago, but I was heavy into scrapbooking and card making. I felt that I needed to try something new. You and Dyan have expanded my creativity...thank you so much! And thanks for sharing all your videos. Vickie

Thank you so much for sharing your artistic journey and journals, which were awesome btw, with us. It’s fun when your favorite artists are switching things up and we get flip throughout of journals or studio tour, don’t panic, before I moved in November my studio was well worked in- made packing interesting (My new studio is still not unpacked either). I really like those gigantic journals. Do they still make them? Is that something you could add to your line? I’ve never seen them before but then again I’ve only been at this 3-4 years.😂 Stay well. Be safe. 😷

PLEASE scan your pages before you cannibalize them, I'd frame at least half if not 3/4 of the pages in your Dyan journals, holy moly, they are so raw and intriguing!

Thanks for sharing your Journals. I know sometimes "going back" is hard. It's Mesmerizing that even using the same "formula" all your faces are very different, beautiful, and soulful. 😍

I was around in the early days of journaling also. I used up all my Adirondack sprays and then couldn't get any more. I was lucky enough to meet Lynn Perrella in person when she was first starting out with her books. I made lots of journals about mark making as I turned to fabric as my medium of choice back then. Did lots of dying and surface design. I really didn't get back to the paper side of things until I became disabled from cancer and I couldn't do the fabric stuff any more. I have all your journals and love them. thanks as always for sharing.
