I find that a lot of the authentic Chinese recipes are difficult to find or not properly translated, so being able to watch your vids with such detailed instructions and fantastic production quality is a bit of a gem. I haven't really been able to get authentic Chinese without making the trek to restaurants that were far away. These videos have made a lot of recipes accessible for me; I've been looking for something like your channel for a long time. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

In fact she got her master's degree in the University of York, and her initial videos were filmed while she was still in the UK. One of the reasons she started the channel was because she lived in an English-speaking region where Chinese food is not easily accessible, so she had to cook for herself :)

沒看錯的話,應該是Tamahagane(玉鋼)刀,這種材料製作的牛刀或三德刀,隨便一把起碼也要200歐元打上,何况PO主使用的大型片刀?價格肯定不菲,而且愛刀之人的惜物情結,局外人是很難理解的。
