I love they way he plays it. I had never heard of him but went to one of his concerts in my country it was eye opening. I had only played the viola for a year but now I was more serious to really learn to play. I even took lessons again.

I have listened this piece in the performance of Bashmet and Kissin (piano). It had been much more dismal (truly the Grave!) however the nice main melody was expressed better.

Bashmet is the best. When i played with him( he conducted ) i thought i would cry of hapiness. he is an incredible artist and person...
