I notice in the comments you mentioned you were staying in Paris for one year only - did you return to the US and if so do you miss Paris? Thanks for telling us which arrondissement you were in as I find it frustrating when people do these tours and don't tell us very general details like that.
Small compared to what you're probably used to, but all the decent big cities are crazy expensive and I bet Paris or any of France is outrageously expensive
What's a one year Visa and how much do you need to prove you have enough money; plus we want to live there not just for a year..a one way ticket there! What do we need to do?
I want to move to Paris with my two young children! I own a huge beautiful home in Vegas, we speak no French and I am fascinated with Paris and always have been. How much money do we need? I don't want to work, I have some money. How can we move there? Please tell me everything! Chrissie YOu are so sweet!
@illumindation hey, thanks for all the info.it really helps.trynig to move by next year with my friend. Is it $1350 for me AND my friend or we can split it?I want to stay in France.Do you have idea if is it difficult to get a job there?mostly for me being American?

@ShayShayBabe100 You might like my videos on my two YT channels and on Dailymotion. They speak nearly only French in France, so don't worry! I am American and have lived in France since '94. They have to learn English now and I train that, but it's very slow going, so looks as though I'll have some work for a bit. I am an expatriation consultant, plus. My best to you! Je vous souhaite une bonne réception!
The "smudge" (for-lack-of-a-better-term) in the middle top of the mirror looks like a strange old man's face. Gahhh. Can't stop looking at it - lolol :)
2:33 that window reminds me of the movie le locataire (1976); I thought you might have jumped/fell out of the window when you pointed the camera downwards. . Bye the way try to be much stiller when doing any video, maybe get yourself a mono-pod. . . Cheers. from, del-boy
@illumindation Are you an American living in Paris? Your English sounds perfect! You contacted me. I don't remember when I contacted you. My children Sierra 8 and Adrien 14 and I would LOVE to live in France. We live in Vegas in a beautiful 2600 square foot home but I have always been fascinated with Paris..how do you move there; we don't speak any French yet but my son is brilliant and could learn it quickly. I don't want to work. How expensive is it there? Your apt. nice but small?
I seriously love your windows!
thanks for the tour, nice apartment and the kitchen with the wall paper on the ceiling well, a little too extreme, but as you said pretty cool

@mcataaa Neither. There are better and less expensive places to live than Paris, France, and yet you can get there via train.
