And to answer your question.
Godemis has a better voice, flow, and descriptive imagery. But Ubi has the bigger vocabulary, and more of that back packer pure hip hop essance.
I personally like godemis more, but both are in my top 10 of todays day and age.
Very accurate statement. But - If you reference some of the older interviews with both of them either before or after shows, or on tour, you can see that Ubi has mentioned multiple times that Godemis has tought him everything he knows, regarding how to spit sick rythm and flow on a beat, etc.. but both of these amazing MC's have been going at it for way too long now. They are both SICK AS FUCK. along with the every other STRANGEMUSIC ARTISTS.

freestyle does not mean off the top of your head...a freestyle is a sing without a certain content to it, it can be about something and 20 seconds later it can be about something else...a freestyle if mostly to show off your skills and flow ;)
