Maaan, i have to revisit thi video every other year, so damn good. thanks for uploading in the first pace, and super thanks for keeping it up. such a gem
Dyaz y'feel Just saw your comment, it was originally marked as spam. It was definitely intentional. That first half were songs that he did for the Roc and that second half were Golden Era songs. Fat Beats was the underground Hip Hop mecca in NYC so naturally the crowd was all about indie and older Rap songs. Just Blaze gave the crowd what they wanted. If you're DJing live, always know your crowd.
First of all....everyone asking to name tracks of this playlist REALLY need to start studying and do some research. classics across the board. the queens bridge connection with nas and mobb depp was incredible. Secondly, JB is a great producer and can pick tracks with the best of 'em but honestly, and no disrespect, not on the caliber of someone like Jazzy Jeff. Jeff has the skill on the tables as well as the knowledge of great track selections. Just my opinion.

@MrSP1200 Hey, i agree with you. I love to spin vinyl and love to do mixes with just vinyl. The problem is that vinyl doesn't move as much (hence fat beats closing) i don't like to see people use serato. But I think people need to come to terms with it and realize its the best for today. I fully understand your point and your saying that basically you can make a set in iTunes the same as him. I agree that it's bad a not a good set. I just think people that use serato are not necessarily bad
@madaman5 I expected to get some flack for that lol. I hear you sir but serato makes what he is doing to easy, does dropping a snippet of a lot of Hip Hop tracks back to back make you a good DJ? does it actually sound good? is it a good DJ set? No one lets a record breath anymore, everything is beat matched, you no longer have to backspin when cuttin up, cue points are set up at the push of a button. Give me Rockin Rob cuttin up 45's or Easy Moe Bee playing records out of a shoe box any day.jmo

RUclips won't let me post all in 1
@madaman5 all good sir ....i'm gonna take back my last statement on Blaze ..dude obviously has technical ability ...it just gets me a little frustrated that no one calls anyone on it these days & it seems to be causing mad division amongst true school DJ's ...as if we don't have enough trouble...lol
I came back ever so often for that real
This reminds me why I love hip-hop, nuff respect
Maaan, i have to revisit thi video every other year, so damn good. thanks for uploading in the first pace, and super thanks for keeping it up. such a gem
