- A Super Monkey Ball 1 "Remake" for the Nokia N-Gage. This is probably the worst variation of SMB1, like literally SMBJR is miles ahead of this. There are only two songs, and the Jungle theme is literally the first part on loop. There is no high quality footage of this game, so allow me to be the first! Anyways, wish me luck onto playing the rest... haha.
This is used eka2L1, which is an N-Gage emulator.
Finally some high quality footage of this game, you’re the best dude
It’s amazing how watered down this is compared to the original game.
TMW the GBA version has more content. And people wonder why the N-Gage failed. :P
Also, Brian, I love ya, but you didn’t have to tell us that the floor is cleared after hitting the goal or getting a perfect on a bonus stage. Kinda implied there.
Such a cool box art for such a bleh game.
I used to have this game back in 2012 and I played every level except for the master ones
I would have loved this game when I had an N-Gage, unironically. I had it as my phone but only owned the default game because finding the other games for that phone was impossible.
Beginner Stages:
1. Plain
2. Diamond
3. Hairpin
4. Wide Bridge
5. Bonus Basic (Bonus Floor)
6. Slopes
7. Steps
8. Blocks
9. Jump Single
10. Exam-A
The only thing this game does better than Jr. is the 3D, other than that, controls are worse, music is gutted, and the physics are so wack.
Also there are 4 songs not 2, there is the title theme, menu theme, jungle theme and bonus floor theme.
@@VHSandDVDLoverEstAVGCP The mini games had to have a couple songs of their own, right?
…Right?
If you make more of these videos I would be very engaged.
you should've said N-Gaged
I have several questions, firstly how did you manage to find an NGage, and how did you screen record on it?
Do capture cards even exist for NGage? Thanks for the clear footage, other people's videos of this game aren't so good.
I know NGages are probably on ebay but aren't they like stupidly expensive now?
To answer all of these, my guess is that an emulator was used.
An emulator was used, Cherrim doesn't have an N-Gage or a capture device for an N-Gage.
Dang, are they stupid expensive? I should have kept mine.. I may have it somewhere still. I used it for a year or two back in high school early 2000's when it was current. It was actually a pretty decent phone, despite being a little bulky. I loved playing Tony Hawk on it. @@LifeOfJimbo
Man, this game looks bad even compared to monkey ball Jr. and that game is far from the best-looking GBA game. Also, man why did they think it would be a good idea to make monkey ball on systems that have no analog controls. Thanks, Cherrim for being a trooper and playing this mess.
do extra levels exist
They do not.
@@SuperMonkeyCherrim However three of the monkey ball 1 extra stages are in master mode and the other 2 master levels are the monkey ball 1 master levels and they are all in arctic background in this game.
