We show you what a typical Arab apartment looks like inside and we give you some advice, tips and some oddities that will help you if you think about renting.

I thoroughly enjoyed your video and wanted to offer a small correction regarding some of the information. There are numerous real estate offices here, distributed across every neighborhood, showcasing homes for sale or rent. Additionally, there are offices dedicated to buying and selling land. The main challenge is that many of these offices primarily operate in Arabic (so you need someone to help you in communication). Furthermore, there is an application called Haraj where everything is listed, including houses for rent or sale, cars, and used items. Thank you.

Certainly, I'd be happy to explain the process to you:
Real estate offices in the city are typically small and operated by individuals rather than large institutions( so its not fully professional unfortunately but it will do the work ) . They are usually located in neighborhoods, particularly on commercial streets, and can be found sometimes on Google Maps, often listed with Arabic names( so identifying it a little bit difficult but with experience you will recognize it ) . These real estate agents generally offer properties in the same area as their office.
To begin, visit a real estate office and inquire about available rental apartments, their quality (whether they are furnished or not), and the prices. It is helpful to have someone who speaks Arabic with you to effectively communicate with the agent. If the agent has suitable offers, they will show you the properties. You can then decide whether to proceed with a rental.
If you choose to proceed, the agent may charge a particular fee . Once an agreement is reached, an official electronic contract will be activated, completing the process.
Usually you will find at least 4 to 5 real estate offices in each neighborhood .( some of them are specialized on lands or houses trade or but not for renting apartments) .
Don’t forget to use haraj application on cell phones its also sometimes has an advantage that the building owner directly showcase his units for rent .
