hey coach Tony,for the uphill sprint i think it is beneficial for athlete especially athlete who lack horizontal power,doesn’t know how to push horizontal during the acceleration phase,etc.during uphill sprint athlete are force to push horizontal because if an athlete push vertical they will probably lose balance.let me know your opinion thanks.

@@lp6476 Sounds strange but improving max velocity is the most underrated way to improve acceleration. Turn soccer athletes into sprinters!

I only like sprintable hills. Not steep hills.

Hey coach, for a athlete trying to train himself in the summer with your concepts but can’t afford the lap Timing, what do you suggest?
have your friend time you even if he's like my friend who hits the timer half a second after I cross the line every time

record yourself and use the video's timer
