She's clearly shy and has worked really hard on the performances. Not sure why people are saying she always looks really pleased with herself. She just covers nerves with a smile.
Her social media persona is very different from her dancefloor confidence. For someone who does red carpet events etc I am really shocked at how shy she actually is dancing. I think it's stopped her from having more outstanding performances to be honest.

Emma you were beautiful, fascinating and a joy - I'm never watching "Strictly" again. The judges were biased.
I like her dances, but it's like she's quite shy and self-conscious. It makes everything look too careful. Maybe a couple of gins before she dances, so she can forget the audience and really let her hair down. She has the potential to be really good, but just misses it every week.

The choreography that Aljaz came up here really fits Emma, I think. The technique is bad but she got the steps down. I like this dance of theirs. It’s not my favorite Emma performance but I always like to see her dance with Aljaz.

Why can't she Latin? The volts are there, the Samba rolls are there, the Samba walks are there, the back to front footing was there etc but she was just to prim and proper for a Samba sorry. This is gonna sound harsh but I think she cares more about her looks than how she is dancing. Sorry Emma you are brilliant at the Ballroom but you are just to soft at the Latin, to be fair to Emma the Samba is a very hard dance. It just felt so half hearted. *6/10*

penny and fishy don’t even go there Sarah! After discussing tea and cricket clubs and telling him I was ready to date again but couldn’t see myself on tinder and him telling me his wife had recommended a book about 9 people in therapy and he was going back to Ascot the next day, I was the one invited him to coffee as a friend! In reality i was anne Hathaway barricading the door because the gardener who must have been a relative of Otis and motsi was watching her very closely at the gym! I thought why me and not the size 6 gymnast Emily? Then struggling with ptsd from Vienna I was frightened to go out with Emily, ode and Freddie Mercury!

On a personal note I am sorry that Emma left the show this evening. I will miss her poise, elegance and grace that she bought to the show. As an accomplished chef also, I look forward to future appearances on our TV's to add a bit of class and style!
I think Emma was incredibly fortunate to get as far as she did if I'm honest, I think this was her best dance though so well done to her
Aljaz is such a great partner, hes such a bright bubbly person and would be a friend for life. 5*

Emma (both of them...) and Latin were never going to mix... I won't go super technical, but the best thing I can say about this performance was that it was better than Mike's and didn't deserve to be below him. 5.5/10.
In my opinion Emma Barton I have to say was a bit more better than Latin than Emma Weymouth but that is my opinion really. So sorry that Emma Weymouth went out on that week I thought Mike should have gone because he was the weakest dancer and he keeps on getting saved.
1:13 is the main reason i love this dance other than that it was just a little medicore but i love the background the costumes and i also loved how much fun she was having overall it was good 6.5/10

Totally agree, just reading "Spoiler" ruins it for me, because you know what it's going to entail. Wish people would just wait for the results to be out before commenting, it's so annoying.

The song is called I don’t care but it became I don’t care about technique good to see her perform though 6/10
she just keeps growing and blossoming and it makes my heart so warm
I feel like this week was a bit of a step back, but not a major one. Her personality still shined in a more subdued way if that makes sense, but overall the dance felt very tepid. She needs to work on bringing the flair and energy into the latin routines. (7)
I was a little bit worried for this samba... it lacked bounce or any rythm at all really. Energy WAS there but this routine felt like a feather dropping slowly. Love Emma, but she could be a contender for the dance off this week. Loved the song choice and Choreography on the bright side. 6
I can’t help thinking Alijaz looks like my cousin Charlie bear Doreen and Freddie Cassie on holiday at the bar! Freddie Mercury's son serving the drinks! Then I see he was the tribute act at the Irish pub! Me explaining to Freddie what happened in 1998! Emily and Ode Gary trying to get me out dancing to cheer me up! Unfortunately I was suffering from PTSD from Vienna and thought something terrible was going to happen to me if I went with Emily and Freddie after Charlie bear left the resort! I had already been duped by Liz Moran the year before with Sarah's brother from GB spiking my drinks! I was terrified of it happening again!
What I didn’t realise was Charlie bear, the first teddy bear my mum and dad bought me in Blackpool was trying to trap me into reading 9 perfect strangers! I thought I was in for a fall. Then brad and Lewis rackhead turned up in the lift looking extremely angry!
Then I find out Justin Bieber Alexina was staying close by and paid a visit without my knowledge???? His brother and his wife Amanda Rachel told me he had an apartment close by!
I was not too keen on this one felt she was resting pretty gene again not much samba rhythm but I like Emma and can see she is clearly trying hard so a respectable 6️⃣!! Xx 💃🏻🤗
She has the potential for an 8 or 9, mike didn’t but he tried his best
I can’t really disagree with the judges it was good but not there best but I would give it a couple more points like a 27 or 28
I think it looked like it was in slow motion and she’s in real danger because it lacked technique and the judges will save someone else

This was a little better than I expected but still the hip action was lacking you can tell the sexy party dances just don’t suit Emma W I’m sad she’s gone and I’m going to miss her overall my score for this dance would be 6.5/10

Aww, I love Emma but Latin is not her bag!! Agreed with Shirley really surprised she did so well but a bit too stiff, no hip action. Definitely improving but I think she’s dance off bound.😢

Autumnal Sunsets probably because she is always fighting against judgemental people like you! The poor girl was blinded after this holiday in a project hotel room in Peterborough and had to go to the Elms in hinch! Because of some maniac taking revenge because her brother Arnold Cameron was blinded previously and 3 maniacs were trying trying to break into her room! And people wonder why she is shy and reserved and untrusting of men. 😔🧘♀️🤯 it would probably take a lot of convincing for her to trust another man.

And what on earth has that got to do with a comment on a dancing show from 5 months ago, when I may add, she behaved like a pouty brat when voted off ! I clearly missed the blazing headline to tell us she has been blinded, which sounds both appalling and not the exact truth all in one. Now please take this crazed fan girl act and move along.
What I loved about Emma in this routine was her commitment, and her characterization of the dance - she was really having a party out there on the dancefloor. However, there was not a single step that she did correctly. It was all completely wrong in terms of footwork, and that is because in the samba one leg is straightened and the other one is bent. Sadly, Emma danced the whole dance with both of her knees bent, and because of that her samba was totally lacking hip action as well as beautiful and rhythmical body movement. For me it was probably her worst dance yet, I cannot agree with three of the four judges on their marks. For me it’s a 4.

All I am now getting from Emma is that she is just too proper for the Latin, which just doesn't work. You have to really go for it and have a carnival/Latino feel but she just doesn't. Why are they not focusing on just making her move faster and loosening up? I really like her but she is just plateauing. 6 from me.
R M because the locals keep attacking her for that and she has trauma issues from the past which she was trying to work on.

Alijaž wasn’t very happy with Craig when he gave that 5. I don’t really like Emma and this dance does not show to the her best of her abilities. She had good promenade runs, but overall, that’s not her best dance, and one of my least favourites from week 7.

Is Emma another victim of poor music choice. Especially considering some couples have done the Samba and were given more traditional music.
I don't know why I don't like Alijaz choreography this season. I mean I like it better last week but meh I guess I'm not connecting with them as I am with everyone else. If Emma B. Isn't in jeopardy, I honestly believe that they might be. 7.

Absolutely hated this song choice!! Why not actually give her a proper samba song?! She tried, but it wasn't there for me, just very lack lustre.
