I am not nigerian but i must say this podcast is gonna go a long way to make all ladies understand a nigerian man's mind in a different and more understandable perspective...love it love it love it❤❤🥂keep the episodes coming.
It's so refreshing to hear these guys speak maturely as young men.. They spoke about what I call "rotational dating" and how most men are rotational dating all the time until exclusive. I think this is an awareness women are coming to understand. And also when you take sex out of the equation in the "dating" process, it really makes things easier.
This channel needs to blow. These guys get it. They get our frustrations out here. The ill- mannerism of some ladies out here is enough to make a man a sadist. But because some men have no class nor taste, the bad behaviour persists. It's an endless cycle and it's ruining a society that's otherwise known as 'cultured'.
If I say you are my friend, I am not attracted to you in any way (sexually, emotionally, and physically). So I don't see how you can transition from friends to lovers.
@@alexandraagi9485 Hey! when you’re just friends with a guy, you get to truly be yourself because you’re not overthinking basic things. For example- putting on makeup just for the sake of or overthinking what to wear( not to say these things are not important but in the context of friendship, you can truly be free with your movements). As the friendship grows organically, you get to see the persons likes/ dislikes/ values/ character etc because again you’re friends and no one is trying to “perform”. When/ if feelings develop and you both want the friendship to transition into a relationship, you can now address this from a more informed perspective because you’re operating from a place of clarity.
I’m really loving the conversation. I just wanted to correct something though, you said good sex is a pre-condition for you being faithful. Actually, sex isn’t always mind blowing and that’s not a bad thing. So maybe, you might have to reconsider your reasons for remaining faithful. Sex being great shouldn’t be a criteria for whether or not to be faithful to your mate. Just saying. Other than that, the episode was really nice. It’s high time guys open up and have real conversations. Kudos❤️
I guess he meant sexual compatibility. Me for example, I hear men who cheat say a man is polygamous & I shut it down quickly. When I do meet a girl I like, I plan to be faithful..that's why I can't afford not finding the one
11:37 Yes getting intimate way too quick takes away from properly getting acquainted past sexual intimacy. It can become the blind spot and in my opinion lead to a stagnant relationship.
I love your podcast it’s a recent discovery and I feel bad I have finished every episode in a week you guys are amazing when you start doing live show kindly consider coming to Kenya 😊
This was an expository podcast, but I must say I don’t feel the generalizations is fair. From the conversation you all been dating LEKKI ‘n’ VI babes. Lagos is a big places and there are still sensible babes out there.
my homeboy went out on a blind date with a babe in a fancy restaurant in lagos last weekend and she ordered sea food platter, she doesn't even like seafood. fellas, beware of these women that want to experiment with their tastebuds at ur expense...shine ur eyes
I'm an American woman who's newly acquainted with a Yoruba man ... listening to you guys is so funny, refreshing & very informative. I love it! Good work, guys.
Ah ah😭😭 a male podcast.. berra just...😭💀 1:12 oya oya okay okay we shall see 🤣 Yeah I wanna see the vulnerable tings, I was watching a video and a man was talking about being sexually abused and I think it is IMPORTANT to speak on it!
Dating could mean getting to know each other, could also be being exclusive with a particular person, it all boils down to the context in which it is used.
The kind of places you go will influence the kind of women you meet. The apple does not usually stray far from the tree. Interesting podcast! Dating is hard, but one thing people need to know... All that glitters is not gold.
I don’t feel like both party don’t have sacrifice their dreams either dating or married. I feel it should be support. If you have to leave your dream. Then you are not meant for each other
Maybe in Lagos specifically, dating should be defined differently from relationships. So we not defining what's going on between us should be dating (casual), once there's a definition to what we're doing, that is we know we're boyfriend/girlfriend, then it's a relationship. Because I've been in more situationships because of lack of "definition." But never again sha, if you joke with me, I joke back, if you're serious, I'll get serious as well. Lol, no time.
met one babe like that, ijgb babe oh...so we went out to eat...as "friends", bill came and I offered to pay then she said she will "pay for her own meal" because she is independent and she don't need no man controlling her or telling her what to do, I said ok no p...gave her the bill and then she saw what she ordered costs about 60k including tax, she now said I should pay because I'm a man, I told her that I believe firmly in the equal rights act where all men and women should and are treated as equals with equal responsibilities etc...safe to say I left and she was still there for a long while. CityBoiz are up for life.
dating in lagos is stressful...build urself kings, these women are not going anywhere...u will have them in surplus, just have money, girls don't care about love, just comfort and lifestyle...laloosh way
Still can't stop to imagine of that 100k bill🙆 And that miss late comer also, so bad, those are the ladies that like men saying we ladies are the same Point of correction guys we ladies are not the same o, and I also believe that the guys are not d same too
While this is a very true about women. Many things they talked about men are also guilty of. Everyone has been damaged from their past, it’s just difficult to find people that are both willing to agree to commit without overthinking until there is a reason. But why this is tricky is because nobody knows truly the intentions of another person. The dating scene is crazy everywhere not just lagos.
Definitely hooked on this podcast 👏🏾👏🏾…please keep the content coming ❤️
You'll get what's coming to you Ore !🥰🥰
Asin eenh I love it
We, women, have decided to ban male podcasters... but definitely not y'all. This was a great episode. Keep them coming.
You've got that right !
y'all can't ban nobody...we men refuse to let that happen...bigups to the mandem for menisms podcast, mazzaleen!!!
Lmao rough play 😂
Nigerian men need a voice to defend themselves from all these everyday defamation 🙂 It's only right for our pride & integrity
I love it! It's good to see Nigeria men talking maturely about relationships and situationships
YKTV

We couldn't have said it better ourselves!
The truth in this statement ☝️

I swear...I can't believe they are below 30.....
I miss being in a relationship but I meet someone and I crawl back into my shell. Thanks for this guys

Hmmm. Okay Tee. We hear you.
I had a good laugh watching this 😂😂. Michael's perspective and stories are top notch.
That's our guy!💪🏾👏🏾
This is why I always say friendship first. Let's be friends without overthinking anything
We totally agree 👍🏾
THANK YOU !!! It's just the best way!
I want someone to explain how you can go from a platonic relationship (Friends )to a romantic relationship(lovers). I really wanna know!!
If I say you are my friend, I am not attracted to you in any way (sexually, emotionally, and physically). So I don't see how you can transition from friends to lovers.

I love that part where Michael said, there's physical options but lack of options on other perspectives
I love how detailed you were with paying close attention!

Your point of view is respected 👏🏾
Someone has already stated what he prefers. Sexual compatibility still remains high in most people's list.
I feel like that applies more to females. If you can’t satisfy them they will secretly cheat
This channel go blow. Very matured conversations unlike the podcasts from the West. Having guests on might be great too.
I was glued to the whole conversation lol . Wow . Definitely enjoyed this .
YKTV. Real recognizes Real 😉
Loved this discussion, we need more men open enough to speak. Please do a mens mental health episode.

What of guys who feel like a first date is "the girl coming over to the house ". Big RED FLAG for most of us...
