ICE is asking anyone and everyone for their proof of citizenship. If they do not believe you are a citizen, even when you show a passport, they detain citizens anyway. You can’t incarcerate an American legally without a reason for arrest.

The law should be simply stated if the police or ICE ask a person to give up their rights before explaining them their rights or worse violate them through threat or force those officers will be fined and arrested not to mention all made up charges to the victim dropped and fine money paid directly to them.
