Brucegami Leeyuki and his trusty weapons, make me wish Yagami practiced Jeet Kune Do as DLC and fought Jackie Bryant or something for a sparring partner...
@@TheBanbanGames I think Wei uses a mix of martial arts at random but Sleeping Dogs in general is meant to emulate both Bruce Lee movies and Jackie's various Hong Kong-era movies with other stars like Andy Lau, such as Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Sleeping Dogs did have a "Death Game" DLC with Bruce Lee's yellow jumpsuit but I really don't think it changed the moveset...
As simple as other Yakuza characters' weapon movesets might be, I wanna see how the Yakuza 4 protagonists (and Shinada in 5) use weapons. Shinada has entirely unique weapon movesets for poles, pipes/umbrellas, knives and katanas (but he can't use bats) while Akiyama seems to have a kali sticks affinity. Saejima has a different sword moveset to show that he isn't good with them... that kinda thing.
I'm just appalled at how well you managed to replicate the camera movements with the nunchaku EX actions. The staff ones might need a bit more work and sauce but it's great regardless
Hey In my opinion, no... there are some dancing moments with girls and colorful places like Dice Club. It's a game with a good story, Yagami is a detective and the game is part of the Yakuza Series as a Spin-Off. (Lost Judgment is the sequel to Judgment) The combat is one of the best in 3D Beat em Up games, just watch the video with all the styles and you will see that the game is incredible... however Yakuza is not for everyone, some people don't get used to it and give a negative opinion.
This only makes me wish equippable wepons where a thing in judgement
Thanks for making these, I always admired the animations of all yakuza games - from the realistic martial art moves to goofy swagger
Thanks
I also appreciate martial arts in games

Brucegami 😅
It would be interesting.... I was told that the character from Sleeping Dogs uses this Jeet Kune Do Style

They give Tak Jeet Kune do as his new fighting style in the next game lol
0:13 The swing of Nunchaku.
it can charge the ex gauges of full.
You can tell he went all the way from restaurant row to the place he showcased nunchaku just by the NPC moveset and weapons
Yes, I had to go a little forward and keep taking turns until the enemy was far away so I could capture the movements

could you showcase character from old yakuza games movesets? like tanimura or saejima? that would be great. really like your work, pretty helpful!
Hi Henrique
maybe I'll try next year
im pretty sure the staff moveset is reused since i remeber shinada being able to do the same thing, even the animation.
@@someasianfailure Yeah i was gonna comment, the staff moveset isn't really a unique moveset to Yagami if i have my yakuza weapons fresh on memory.
It makes me sad that yagami can't have weapons in his inventory
Yagami Lee
if you dont mind, what apps you use for editing video?
Hi chief
PowerDitector
Do you think you'd ever do "all boss grabs/attacks" or would that be too hard to wait for bosses to do their attacks?
No, because I don't do NPC movesets
But thanks and sorry
Thanks for the showcase! But doesn't Yagami have a different EX action with nunchaku in Crane style where he hits multiple enemies?
I dont know ... have a different?
Because maybe i will do all ex actions and include all
4 ex actions with nunchaku haha
that's tonfa
this game looks interesting. is it a woke game? I would give it a try if its not woke

Uogh... Yagami
Bro, why was your first question about the game was "Is it woke?"
Imagine putting off great games for something as stupid as that
GaYagami?
