    I read this book back in 2003 and it changed my like. Highly recommended .

      i read the book in 2002 and it completely changed my life forever. Now 18 years later i am reading it again. I could never explain just how much it changed my life.

    I relate to Brother Gary Zukav and think of the Universal Being as the Humane Being with specific qualities, such as, care, concern and compassion.

    When one's surrender to the understanding that this world is only a figment of our imagination in our minds, as all things are. With imagination being one of those most best valuable keep secrets. Mankind has evolved to making the decision to allow themselves to Awaken to the Truth.

    @nolearningcurve A lot of New Age stuff is ancient wisdom from wise ones. There is a cosmic consciousness that we can all connect to but it takes conscious effort.

    @nolearningcurve I haven't read this book, but I have read the Dancing Wu Li Masters and was intrigued. I am enjoying your posts and sympathise with your warnings against simply believing what we want to believe. Generally the trappings of new age are a turn off for me too though the themes fascinate me. I would like to suggest a more open mind though.

    @nolearningcurve 2. Dogma has been the enemy of progress over the centuries - the open minded have wrought the changes. Claiming universal consciousness to be an established truth is dogma, much the same as religion, and open to abuse. But there's nothing wrong with exploring the concept even if it does turn out to be bunk. Quantum theory has brought about doubt, which is healthy in my view. Someone once talked about seeking the middle way....
