The scariest thing you can see in your life, and I saw it personally was when I looked at a chimp. He was inside someone's home, I was outside looking at him in the kitchen. He had gone to fetch an orange, as his human companion had asked him. This was actually in a trailer. So, the chimp went and I was outside the window, and he opened the fridge and picked up an orange. Then he picked his nose, sort of looked at the booger, and just like a naughty child, he ate it! What we see is the chimp has a brain of a 4 or 5 years old, but with muscles stronger than any human. And unlike a human, he isn't going to grow up and learn restraint or right and wrong, it's just going to get really bad, and he will have his murderous rage for any reason he wants

Dolphins definitely have a language. Researchers have noticed that dolphins seem to gossip about one another when the other is off hunting or something. The researchers were able to tell this because they also realized that dolphins in a pod together have names for one another. And when another dolphin was gone, other dolphins would be heard saying that dolphins name while he was gone. So the researchers deduced that those dolphins were talking about the other dolphin in their absence.
It quickly became a kitkat cake when you chuck all the broken bits of finger back in. Joe's wrong, chimps are not "mean" chimps are absolutely controlled by their nature whereas we as humans control that nature. People are no different I would bite somebodies fucking fingers and face off if they managed to piss me off that much on an emotional level. @@SanJose408Alex We do, or at least civilised people do as much as they can. Our nature is pullings legs off of mosquitos or getting revenge with a cheap shot or a low blow in the playground. These are the natures of humanity, and I for one am GLAD that we task ourselves with controlling it!

Anybody interested in chimp behavior needs to look up the Gombe chimp war of 1974-1978. haha!
The mating part is what got me hahahahaha!
WAH-
Is it really a Joe rogan episode if he doesn't talk about chimps
He’s pimp chimpin
It has only been about politics and coronavirus the last 50 episodes, so boring
Don’t forget DMT. Can’t have a JRE episode without mentioning DMT.

An elephant killed a women and during her funeral, the elephant returned and trampled the casket. I'm certain elephants can hold grudges. It's kind of like how a dog would be scared of a man that hits it everyday.
Intelligent animals hold grudges.
What an amazing analogy Joe for the message you were putting down!
Joe talks about chimps like someone who discovered they existed at like 35 and has been hooked ever since
Which perfectly describes how and when Joe really did start studying chimps, when he started smoking weed.
My guess is that Joe spends more time thinking about chimp attacks than the average person.
Nice, i laughed out loud reading your comment. thanks.
In Joe's defence I would like to say: in my opinion Joe thinks more than an average person.
They're fascinating creatures
Dolphins definitely have a language. Researchers have noticed that dolphins seem to gossip about one another when the other is off hunting or something. The researchers were able to tell this because they also realized that dolphins in a pod together have names for one another. And when another dolphin was gone, other dolphins would be heard saying that dolphins name while he was gone. So the researchers deduced that those dolphins were talking about the other dolphin in their absence.
I love how Joe mimed the opening of the hands and biting of the fingers. That shit was funny
"Your name?"
"Joe Rogan"
"And your specialist subject?"
"Chimps on DMT"
Hunting elk
chimps on dmt would be fucked bro imagine
@@defago1969 👍🏼😂
That must’ve been a fucking awesome cake..
BUT because I control my nature to react I would never expect to see it happen.
Chimps 100% you know they will they have no choice, there are no liberal hippy Chimps :D They are all animals.
@@DailyCorvid pretty bold of you to think we control our nature
@@SanJose408Alex We do, or at least civilised people do as much as they can.
Our nature is pullings legs off of mosquitos or getting revenge with a cheap shot or a low blow in the playground. These are the natures of humanity, and I for one am GLAD that we task ourselves with controlling it!
@@DailyCorvid Any action we take whether positive, negative, or neutral would be in our nature
May have also been shite, but that attacker chimp will never know lol
sounded like joe was about to say its bananas lmao
It’s about damn time we talk about real matters.
It's been too long since Rogan talked about chimp attacks. This feels earned.
The beginning of "Nope" would blow Joe's mind
When my son turned 13 and got taller than me, I went through the exact same thing with him. I'm missing fingers and he never listens. He is now 15. I went from looking 12 to looking 57 years old. 3:09 finally someone has articulated motherhood.
Anybody interested in chimp behavior needs to look up the Gombe chimp war of 1974-1978. The tribe split up and the larger part started to systematically hunt and kill all the other males until they wiped them out. Then they took the females hostage and took the territory and didn’t have any more conflicts after they wiped them all out.
Fucking hell its scary
I just so happen to stumble on this documentary and I must say It was terrifying and amazing to watch.
Us humans have been doing that for years, it's called WAR
Chimps doing war aswell? Damn they really are like us
@@PodreyJenkin138 you are so naive. we are a lot worse than them. go to SEA and see how they slice a chimp brain in half, and eating it alive. all the others in the cage saw that shit, and bow down with their hand begging for their life. we are the most barbaric. if that happens in modern, can you imagine 1000 years ago ?
Chimp makes UFC debut.
Joe Rogan: “it’s the greatest UFC fighter of all timeee”
*Chimp rips other fighter's face off*
Joe Rogan: "Oh! He's hurt! He's hurt!"
@benadryl cabbagepatch Because chimps have strong muscles. But still Francis have more chances of surviving chimp attack compared to average human. But humans are the most dangerous creatures on earth.
@Noah chimps are crazy strong tho
@@hankjohnson5986 At least can we all agree any ufc fighter would die horribly if put in a ring against a silverback gorilla?
@@victorabaderamos6019 yeah the gorilla would win, but still i think an ufc fighter would still give a hard time to the gorilla, I mean, getting a kick in the face must hurt
Joes intensity when talking about Chimps thought process at 3:24 😂😂
Hey Joe..this is a true 360 from MMA..
I loves these videos... I like the idea of imaging that I am in the shoes of your guest
It has no remorse, it’s not a dog, not a human, this thing is a weird in between thing and if you do something for someone else, but not for them, they feel rage...
Sounds like my ex-wife..
Underrated comment 😂
Excellent comment
Thank you for that lol I’m still laughing
Good one man you got a thumbs up for that one

5 reasons why America is a better country than Europe
1. We are more richer
2. We killed Hitler
3. We stopped slavery
4. Europe worst country world

Somewhere in this world Chimps to each other: "Dont give a Rogan a DMT"

Joe talks about chimp attacks so much it’s like he’s bragging about his cousin .

JOE NEEDS TO WATCH JORDAN PEELES “NOPE” RIGHT NOW!
As someone who works with animals, primarily canines, it surprises me how insightful joe is about the topic
I needed this Joe Rogan content to recenter myself in this universe.

I agree

I think Joe really wanted to study Chimps but his dad laughed at him so he became a comedian instead.
Really? Good pod caster yes. Comedian? You joker you...
@@andrewsmith7118 well he got into podcasting through his connections in comedy so yeah kinda comedian

Joe is great about laying out the facts to help people out. Big and strong wild animals are not designed to be domesticated. Learn from these incidents of violence to just live and let live.
a wild chimp attacked my legs in 1993... i barely got away but man... he really went bananas
Chimps actually do hold grudges. I learned about this in my Animal Minds class. If a chimp is attacked by a stronger chimp, they often attack the other chimps weaker family members. Thanks 50,000 dollar degree lol
Sounds like they're human relatives lmaoo...👨🏿🦲
There’s no way joe doesn’t know he’s the “chimpanzee guy” at this point.
