MY BODY IS READY! Will be interesting playing as my Qunari Knight Enchanter against a Qunari invasion, I wonder if we'll get any extra dialog... Also... FUCK IT'S SOLAS! I'm going to chokeslam that little voldemort wannabe.
+VaultBoy111 Dude, the Inquisitor is a Knight-Enchanter. You wanna know what that means? You wanna know the real reason nobody has access to specializations before Haven's destroyed? It's because haven wouldn't be destroyed if there were two Knight-Enchanter's on the team. It'd be like "Vivienne, go solo the army, I'll solo the darkspawn dude and his dragon... The rest of you just stand around, looking pretty, I guess. Maybe a little witty banter, too. Got that? That's my team. Let's go guys!... And by that, I mean, I go and you stay."
+WickedLady2010 Exactly. Knight-Enchanters are basically the WMDs of Thedas. The only reason Corypheus got as far as he did is because most of them died before they could put up a barrier when he blew up the Temple of Sacred Ashes.
Oh thank GOD!!! I'm so tired of the dumbass pj outfit. I'm hoping we get more romance stuff because... yeah the romances are awesome! Also wonder if they will address who we made Divine, if we sided with the Qunari w/ Bull's quest, and if our choices have any impact, like where our companions ended up! *spazs* Cannot wait until the 8th!!!
+JackOBlades0801 if you're interested in world Lore JoH is actually quite fun because it gives you a whole new context on some of the major events of Thedosian history and culture, then again I'm a lore hound so that may not appeal as much, although it does provide a new cover/CC option as well.
+JackOBlades0801 The Descent was terrible because they strayed from everything interesting about the Deep Roads. But, much like the previous reply alluded to, if you're into the lore then Jaws of Hakkon is a pretty nice DLC. The story is interesting, the new environment is rich, the new boss battles are actually really good in my opinion and it was a decent length. People complained about it being overpriced but I got like 3 straight days of gaming out of it (and I mean full days, hundred percenting everything I could for it and going round and round looking for new developments). The Descent was definitely over-priced though; you don't need to be a hardcore gamer to complete that in one sitting; though I did like one particular bit in The Descent where you really felt the complexity of the Deep Roads and the sense that you could get lost and overwhelmed. Shame they didn't do any more with that. But Jaws of Hakkon was decent for sure. It was also a nice addition if you are a fan of Scout Harding.
Jaws of Hakkon interested me to see the end of the last Inquisition. I found it interesting how history had one version of events, and the actual events were so much different. I saw interesting parallels between our world and Thedas there. Descent was kinda underwhelming. It was basically just an excuse to create a dungeon crawler DLC, although again with parallels to how people in power can change history to suit them.
IHeatherGraceI WAIT ..What? You are super ignorant on this. Awakening and witch hunt came out as separate dlc. It was only played on the ultimate edition several month later. And what difference does that make...That still mean you have to pay for the game twice. You're really ignorant.
The mark is killing her?! Finally!! Some vulnerability! I was starting to think the inquisitor was a god or something... And waging war against qunari - not really saving the world - while other nations disapprove of your actions! This is what I'm talkin' about! Getting some moral dilemmas up in here! Hype!!
KleineGames Precisely why I mistrusted them in the first place. I always thought that set up was made to test Iron Bull's loyalty and forging an alliance with them made me uneasy. Its why I always save the Charges rather than let those oxmen infiltrate Thedas.
Bdeamo N I used to like Sten too... But then I remembered what he said about Alistair that the Qunari never stopped fighting against the rest of Thedas, they just agreed to back down for a while to bid their time to strike again and if you complete his quest he will tell you that "I will not look for you in the battlefield". Even Sten knew the Qunari return was all but inevitable. And if the comics are any indication, Sten might as well be the new Arishok.
+Axzack Because of the unfulfilled crush he had on the Warden. My Warden would have rejected him for Leliana. So of course he would try to ruin everything!
Axzack Your warden died? Man, that sucks. Mine trusted Morrigan enough to make the deal, and thankfully, Leliana was happy with the choice. Now I expect Flemeth to fuck everything up soon. Apart from that, I really want the Warden to come back. I mean, while Hawke was the best revolutionist, and the Inquisitor was the best leader... The Warden, he's just *THE best.*
Me through the trailer: Solas, SOlas, Solas, Ohh that's interesting, Solas, Solas, WHERE THE F*** ARE YOU EGG, *_continues chanting Solas_* _Dragon Age Inquisition Trespasser logo appears_ NOOO! SOLAS PLEASE! SOLAAAASS - The talking Egg appears - YAAAAASSSSSSS
SPOILERS BELOW..... I really, really, really hope that we get a chance to talk to Solas about the fact that he's the fucking Elven God The Dread Wolf Fen'Harel and that he absorbed Mythal/Flemeth into himself. Meaning he can control the Inquisitor like Mythal did in the Fade when you were with Morrigan. Though I'm hoping, since he and I were great friends in my game, he wouldn't control my character for anything. I would willingly help him anyways.
I was so happy I wasn't. I just finished the game and didn't know about anything. I was spoiled on many other thing in the game BUT not the most important. So... I'M HAPPY
The first DAI DLC that got me hyped! But this comes out in 10 days?? How the hell do BioWare get the time to develop those content? I mean they just released a story focused DLC right?
+倪传历 Well, they collaborated with a different Bioware studio for the Descent, which also wasn't a story focussed DLC, but more of a dungeon crawler. They said this will be their story DLC.
Apparently DA4 is getting released at some point before March 25, 2025. We’ll see if that holds, especially since we’ve seen no gameplay, but I’m hoping it finally gets released.
this was the vibe they left this story/setting with and they wait a decade to drop whatever goofy-ass nonsense is happening in that new trailer, yeeeesh, hard pass
Plotkai the lore is better than mass effect since so much is unknown in dragon age but we all know where to reapers came from, what their purpose is, and all that so it takes some of the luster off
Reapers are cheap and poorly executed Tryanids/Swarm/Flood. I never liked this Ancient Ones stuff with the great all-father race who rules the Galaxy/Universe but still gets fcked in the end....
+AlleluiaElizabeth I NOTICED THAT TOO OMG I LOVE IT, I'm assuming they didn't use the f word because it was a public venue, but this is youtube so why the f not :3
Look I know everyone is exited about Solas, so am I. But god damn it if that "could something in this world just stay fucking fixed" line doesn't drive this whole thing home, I've re-watched that part 10 times now and I'm still getting chills.
Exactly! That is what Inquisition lacked and Trespasser provided: you are exposed and in peril, enemies both internal and external encroaching on the Inquisition and your own life is about to end. That is what we needed! Vulnerability! The characters are much more relatable this way. I started hearing this by the tavern, right before going into the Eluvian for the last time: ruclips.net/video/cJET7RfZnB4/видео.html And then once inside the Anchor starts to act weird again, Varric says something about the last trip being the best one... and then it hit me "We are all going to die..." _All the feels_
Looks nice but I plan on replaying DAI again with all its DLC's when the next Dragon Age is close to release. I dont like starting and stopping then starting again once a new dlc comes out, just personal pref's I guess. DAI was my game of the year last year BTW :)
+-Wraith- Jaws of Hakkon might be worth playing if, later down the line some time, you feel like playing some more Dragon Age but have completed everything else. It actually really rewards the players who delve deep into lore. The boss fights are really nice in that dlc too. I got a solid few days of gaming out of that DLC by hundred percenting it. The Descent though was a bit of a mess I can't recommend that.
+-Wraith- Jaws of Hakkon was pretty good imo, if you're into lore and knowing more about the world of Thedas, I found it really riveting, and saw some parallels with stuff Solas says in the game (if you ever took the time to talk to him).
Killeuzee I played Jaws of Hakkon post-story in my game so Solas wasn't with me when I went through the DLC, but I heard he has some interesting bits to add when you see all the things Avvar do with spirits. My favorite parts of Hakkon though were finding the previous Inquisitor (after following all the lore closely I fanboyed pretty hard when I found him) and also the dragon fight was really good in my opinion; it actually had a build up to it and we saw how the dragon transformed the land, as opposed to just stumbling across the dragon, like we do in the vanilla game.
Coming here to remind me that times were good once. After the steaming pile that is the new Trailer for Veilguard, I can now without a doubt say that I fear for Mass Effect being the next offering on the Altar of Destroyed Franchises.
Question for BioWare: who gets the "bloody" version and who gets the f-bomb version of this trailer? I've seen both. But more importantly, will there be a "fecking" version for Ireland?
Inquisitor: Ah, sure, like. We fix the feckin' world and it's still not good enough for those c***s in the Dáil. Feck it. I'm off to the Hanged Man, like.
Zrikk actually there was surprisingly none unless you were teleported to a completely different region. Even then they were only about 20 seconds max for me.
Let's recap the 12 years that have gone by thus far: First there's the Darkspawn envision. Then there's the mage up-rising. Then there's the breach. I'm pretty sure a lot of the hero's would be getting pissed. The hero of Ferelden has fucked off as far as we know. Depending on your choice, The Champion of Kirkwall's ether dead or gone home. And all the main two countries can do is sit on their asses complaining about fuck all. Sounds so lovely.
+Mr. Mad House Not to mention Orlais descended into a civil war when Gaspard turned on Celine. There was also an Elven rebellion in the city at that time too. Also Hawke isn't "either dead or gone home". You either left him in the fade (when you make your choice it says he is likely to die if you leave him, it doesn't confirm he is dead), or at the end of the game he went to the Grey Warden keep Weisshaupt to investigate what was up with the wardens (it remains to be seen whether or not the grey wardens get addressed in the last DLC).
This playing this after finishing DAI when it was released must have felt different then now. I only started in 2021 so I didn't have to wait for the dlc. That time jump must have felt real and seeing the companions must have been nostalgic.
Looks like you were right Morrigan. "Many will be eager to knock you back down" indeed. But like one of the first DAI trailers' said: "Let those who would destroy us, step into the light."
Definelty doing my female playthrough first. Why? 1. Drank the well of sorrows. 2. Romanced solas. 3. 0:46-1:03 the voice actress sounds totally pissed.
This is now one of my favorite Bioware trailers! sent shivers down my spine. Can't wait to send my Inquisitor through her final journey (and finally wrap up that Solas romance!)
I hope Bioware was smart enough to give all lavellans who romanced solas some special dialogue. Maybe something like convince him to come back or choose to stay at his side while he does whatever he needs to do. As a consequence you would have to leave the inquisition behind. Someone agrees ? Alix is hilarious in angry mode :D And Solas new outfit is awesome.
I feel the same way! :) And I am absolutely sure that they will give lavellan opportunity to talk to them about their relationship. My first statement was very emotional because I'm really looking forward to this moment. I'm sorry if it offended you.
+VaultBoy111 If they keep Origin's Witch Hunt in mind (concerning any male Warden that romanced Morrigan), then Lavellan should get something with Solas, no matter how big or small. ~crosses fingers~
+Alexis Cooper It was here, right here, that I threw money at Inquisitor for the game. About the only thing that did stay fixed was In Hushed Whispers and even then she's gotta have nightmares about that for months.
Bioware, This game with the dlcs was the best rpg I have ever played. I really cared for the characters, and the voice acting was great. To bad andromeda lacked good characters, voice acting. Beautifull scenery though. The planet tp took far too long though
+DK988 Not year or two. But in the future yes. They have said the next game will be a completely new story arc. Maybe it'll take us to an entirely new land, given that DAI gave us access to all of Ferelden and Orlais, and I don't think anybody wants to return to Kirkwall. Bioware will be focusing on Mass Effect and whatever their new IP is for the next couple of years though.
TheParagade Oh right my bad ok that too then. So definitely not any time soon. But the franchise has been hugely successful for them (even DA2) so there's no way they will stop. Plus that Dragon Age Keep has been logging stuff from DAI, so clearly they intend to use it.
***** No the Trespasser DLC supposedly is the end of the Inquisitor's/Inquisition's story. They also said DAI in general will mark the end of the current story arc. So presumably a fourth game will be entirely new. New land, all new characters etc. Plus they've never had the same character be the protagonist for more than one DA game anyway.
***** I don't think their plan is necessarily to make it bigger in that way. If they are doing all new characters in an all new land they don't need a character like that. I personally would like to see the story revolve around some kind of explorer who, for one reason or another, ends up exploring the uncharted land on the other side of the waking sea. Hints about "urban legends" regarding what lies on the other side of the water can be found in previous games (codex entries and brief mentions in conversations). It gives the chance for all new lore, different cultural viewpoints (something they've been doing with Jaws of Hakkon and The Descent DLCs), new enemies, a greater sense of mystery and also provides the opportunity for things a lot of other fans have been asking for, like swimming and water navigation. And also a chance to visit the Qunari home. The scope would be huge without needing big important characters like an Inquisitor.
I'm glad they made the inquisitor a little angry in this, she/he has a right to be after everything they've been through, and it really makes the character more realistic ^-^
Solas is my favorite Character out of the inquisition lol xD At first it was Dorian but the more closer I got with Solas as just a friend //I romanced him also in my first play through// but with my Reaver Qunari I was still able to remain close friends with him. I adore him and I understand his reason in trespasser, he is very caring once you get his approval I remember taking him to the well of sorrows and after my inquisitor Qunari drank from it instead of Bull calling out to my Inquisitor because most the time if you bring the lover they try to bring you out of it. But I took Solas and he called out to me sounding very concerned. My friend hates Solas says he's an ass and I just tell him his inquisitor is just a pain in Solas ass lol xD but I love Solas loved him right away! :3 and idk for some reason playing the game I just wanted his approval among others aside from Bull of course xD.
Wait, I don't think I've heard the F word in DA... ever. I get the impression that they may be pulling some inspiration from other more recent mature RPGs, you know, in particular a one featuring a certain monster slayer. I'm all for it, this feels like a return to form and what we actually have been wanting to see storywise. Solas!.. Talk to me bro.
Justice Lord Dragon Age developers often talk about working with other RPG developers in the way of all being in the same genre, and they've specifically brought up Witcher. They most definitely look to Witcher for some direction, as with pretty much every RPG the developers play in their own time. Seeing a success of TW3 (regardless of either of our personal tastes; I've barely played TW3 and I'm not actually a fan of the series), is almost surely going to influence Bioware into the future, just as Bioware openly admitted being influenced by Skyrim (AMONG other games, just possibly Skyrim foremost) for DAI. It is only speculation, but indeed, having 'fuck' in a trailer *can* certainly mean a marketing move to illustrate to Witcher fans that Bioware isn't necessarily as 'PC' as it may seem. It doesn't have to be a big deal, but just a discussion between developers and/or marketing. Just business. Or not. Again, its speculation. (My 'Oh you know' earlier was just joking.)
Kathleen Cakin It's a joke. Back in the day people who were low on money could work a job were they wake up early and deliver news papers to subscribers house to house. It's basically saying if you want it that much jet an extra job to pay for it.
So we have the Qunari stealing the password to the eluvians that Brialla had(or someone told it to them, I am looking at you Solas!), which gives them access to all parts of Southern Thedas. We have every damn noble complaining about the Inquisitor, and being put on some trial(just our luck). And now the mark is so damn strong that is about to kill the Inquisitor........Did the world have a reset button or something? Cuz this sounds just like before the Inquisition started(whole nations being attacked, getting the blame, and the mark is about to kill the Inquisitor), now we only need a High dragon to summon for hel- 1:36 ok it is here too
+TheGodlikeDragon They may be complaining about the Inquisitor as the Inquisitor may be the main target of these Qunari. Finger pointing! They weren't as bothered when Cory was going after the Inquisitor too, but back then, Inquisitor was cleaning up all the rifts.
Came here after the DA4 trailer to remember the glory days when good things were made. When Bioware could make great trailers, attractive characters, interesting stories. DAI had its weaknesses and flaws, but compared to what we were shown in 2024, the old games look like masterpieces. Even DA2, made in such a short time, seems better and more interesting, in terms of characters, atmosphere and style, than DA4, which became just a bad cartoon. This is my favorite trailer for the DA universe. Too bad there won't be more of that atmosphere and style(((
Ok, so I've watched this 10 times or more... Previous DLC didn't rlly interest me because they didn't say anything about what happens after the ending but this... Bioware, take my money please :D "Could one thing in this fucking world just stay fixed!" This sentence is why I rewatch this trailer so much xD Awesome, I was wondering when the inquisitor would get fed up with all the ungrateful little shits in Thedas.
Solas, you have no idea how many questions I have!!!
First question:..................................WHAT THE HELL DUDE!!!!!!
yea he looks as cute as ever to 😍😋😘.
Hugs first !!!
+Florian Narratio He got his power back, his actual name is witherfang!!
+Game Nexus Pro dreadwolf
+Florian Narratio like how do you keep your head so shiny? is it magic?
"Could one thing in this FUCKING WORLD JUST STAY FIXED!?" Sends shivers down my spine. I love this DLC already.
OMG YES!!!! that gave me chills!!!
+M. McDade-Allen throw some my way ;)
+Otto Kylänlahti Two years ?? so will we meet out hof ? plz >< what do you think ?
+Otto Kylänlahti EA channel has the same thing but word "fucking" is cencored with "bloody". Those Killjoys
+Thomas Larson with pleasure! ;)
"Could one thing in this fucking world just stay fixed?!" That's like EVERY PROTAGONIST
Chaos Draco Dragon Age series in a nutshell.
Skip to skyrim, where by the time I was done doing the quests, everything's so depressingly fixed it's a damned utopia.
Evangelos Tse "Depressingly fixed" Lmao spot on. That's where mods for skyrim come in, though! But for real, I do like games where even in the end, there's still conflict, as infuriating as it is. As Mr. Incredible said, "I just cleaned this mess, could we keep it clean for 10 minutes?!"
MistyEyedDragon Varric Very Strongly Relates.
Get ready for approval from Solas since you'll be asking him questions.
Not if you say no, ruin his evil monologue.
I got one question for Solas: Can I please have the good gear I equipped you with back?
+Antonio Almeida LOL that sucked so much when he left with some of my best mage equipment
*Leliana* "I'm sorry Inquistor, Solas was nowhere to be found."
*Inquistor* "Oh, did he leave any of my stuff behind?"
*Leliana* "No, except for a few history books and arcane tools, he vanished"
*Inquistor* "So he took my stuff...."
*Leliana* "Inquistor, Solas being GONE while worried about an ancient elven artifact seems to be a more pressing issue at the moment."
*Inquistor* "But... my stuff man....

:("
I feel your pain
i think he sold it to fund his new armor.
Haha my exact same thoughts! Thankfully nothing serious was lost, as he was wearing specialized Elven Mage armor... so nobody else could use it. But damn!
Inquisitor seems real mad...
+teako north As my own Inquisitor that would be my reaction. No matter what i do or how many times i save the world. People still bitch.
my inquisitor was nice to everyone she even tolerated everyone who thought she killed the divine and now they hate her again of course my inquisitor would be pissed
+Stayler17 My Inquisitor will probably crack a bad joke that will nonetheless sound hilarious because he's a fuckhuge qunari with a posh accent.
I really hope there's a dialog option where you can say "the council can kiss my ass"
+Iqbalx1 good one me too 😂
I need people in my life who are as obsessed with this series as I am :(
I know how you feel. out of my friends I'm the only one who plays dragon age. so when I get excited about new dlc or the story in general no one really cares or understands -___-
I have some who play but they haven't even finished the core story and I'm just over trying to find someone to share my excitement >.
+Jessica G I hear you. Have comfort in the fact we are here and we love it just as much as you! :)
We will share our excitement with each other lol
so what will your inquisitor's reaction be to Solas?
Jessica G
how have they not finished the game, its so good!?!
Dear Hawke:
I found that horde of rampaging qunari. Please come kick its ass.
-The Inquisitor
P.S. I hear you have experience with broody elves that break hearts. Care to give me a few pointers?
THIS 😂😂😂
Whoever edited this trailer, you deserve an award. Well done!
+John Hoover thanks ;)
+Galen Scorer lol
@@galenscorer Damn you legit did! Geddit king!
Why is it in almost all Bioware games that when you save the world, you're always put on trial?
the Inquisitor is the Winston Churchill of Thedas, beat back the Nazis err Venetori and get kicked to the curb.
+DEFxRECON Maybe because you got an army, land and answer to no one? Don't you think that can make the local powers a bit uneasy? If I was a king I wouldn't like a random dude claiming castles and moving armies in my territory, even if he saved the world.
+DEFxRECON Because you're technically a branch of the Chantry
+DEFxRECON Comes with the territory. It literally happens to Superman in MoS and BvS DoJ
Because that's the nature of the world. It's Harvey Dent in "The Dark Knight" all over. Or it's Harry's trial in "Order of the Phoenix." Or come to think of it, Tyrion's trial in GoT S4. The people in power want to you save the world, but only in a way that makes them look good. If one thing goes sideways, you are the fucking scapegoat, and they will slit your throat in a heartbeat to save themselves.
I hope I can continue my romance
+Todd Howard
Don't worry, Todd. You get all the ladies. ;)
+Todd Howard Godd Howard we are not worthy of your presence here.
+Todd Howard IT JUST WORKS
You see that qunari there, you can kill that qunari
+Todd Howard Romance in Fallout 4 confirmed XD
so the council of heralds is giving our Inquisitor the Shepard treatment God what do have to do get so respect from these a-holes
+tafariboy08 I love how you say it's "the Shepard treatment" but yeah, you are right
+Josh Richardson inquisitor American kinda warned us the world might turn against the inquisition
and I believe the main member in the council is teagan you fucking traitor
just like Shepard we will never be thanked and we will never get promoted
+WickedLady2010 my Tal-vashoth mage is going to be worse of their dude, death glares from both sides, Ijust have to hope Cassandra can cool things down as the divine.
"Could one thing in this fucking world just stay fixed!" - pretty much every protagonist, somewhere at some point. Finally somebody says it.
I can list at least 10 anime protagonists who thinks this when they get another season.
lol she finally lost her cool! Love the pissed off Inquisitor!
They really nailed this trailer. Years later I still get chills. Epic.
FINALLY! POST ENDING CONTENT! My only gripe would be it's called "DLC" and not "Expansion," which implies less content.
+AceOfROMs EA want's to milk us as much as possible. So it wont be a very big addition.
+Stayler17 if they wanted to milk us as much as possible this wouldnt be the last story dlc...
this dlc seems bigger than past dlcs at least
Perky Bellsprout Why not make an expansion then?
+Stayler17 that is basically what dlc is
MY BODY IS READY!
Will be interesting playing as my Qunari Knight Enchanter against a Qunari invasion, I wonder if we'll get any extra dialog...
Also... FUCK IT'S SOLAS! I'm going to chokeslam that little voldemort wannabe.
+Talyn Rahl I think he is more powerful than your inquisitor.
+Talyn Rahl literally me
+God Of Urging beating this game on insanity was no problem with the Knight - Enchanter
+WickedLady2010 Exactly. Knight-Enchanters are basically the WMDs of Thedas. The only reason Corypheus got as far as he did is because most of them died before they could put up a barrier when he blew up the Temple of Sacred Ashes.
THAT
WAS
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
10 days has never seemed so long a wait.
I was just thinking the same thing! I hope it's more like an expansion so we get a lot of content. Regardless AHHHHH!!!!!!
+Revolutionary1989 they're also giving us a wardrobe for lounging around Skyhold, and a "sort-of new game +" in the Golden Nug
+darkecofreak23 I totally read this in Mr. Torgue's voice..SO THAT MEANS IT'S A MOTHAF*CKIN' BADASS EXPLODILICIOUS QUOTE! (AIR GUITAR SOLO)
+darkecofreak23 really? No more shitty beige pantsuit things? as Varric would say "Andrastes ass, finally!"

Switch out "world" with "house" and she sounds like my mother when someone drops a cup.
Lmao 😂
Hmmm...Geralt... you knew your mother?
Not with monsters running about bro
Late, late response, but this comment made my night.
huh look who I found here
Am I the only one who thinks Alix Wilton Regan's voice it -super- sexy when she swears angerly...? No? just me? I regret nothing.
"I suspect you have questions"
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
+TheParagade *headbutts Solas*
_"I suspect you have questions"_
1) What the fuck, man?
2) I want my high end mage gear back.
Wow...was not at all interested in the last two DLCs they released. This one though...completely blew me away.
agree! I'm super excited as well!
+JackOBlades0801 if you're interested in world Lore JoH is actually quite fun because it gives you a whole new context on some of the major events of Thedosian history and culture, then again I'm a lore hound so that may not appeal as much, although it does provide a new cover/CC option as well.

The story is interesting, the new environment is rich, the new boss battles are actually really good in my opinion and it was a decent length.
It was basically just an excuse to create a dungeon crawler DLC, although again with parallels to how people in power can change history to suit them.
that's because this is STORY based, while the others were GRIND based
Dragon Age: Inquisition
*story's ending sold seperately
+IHeatherGraceI DAO did it.
Twice.
Except there was an Ultimate Edition, so in the end it doesn't really matter anymore. Cause you are able to buy a physical release complete. ;)
+IHeatherGraceI "ending"
IHeatherGraceI WAIT ..What? You are super ignorant on this. Awakening and witch hunt came out as separate dlc. It was only played on the ultimate edition several month later. And what difference does that make...That still mean you have to pay for the game twice.
You're really ignorant.
"I suspect you have questions"
Yeah man where do I get your armor looks awesome
The mark is killing her?! Finally!! Some vulnerability! I was starting to think the inquisitor was a god or something... And waging war against qunari - not really saving the world - while other nations disapprove of your actions! This is what I'm talkin' about! Getting some moral dilemmas up in here! Hype!!
+Logo Mann I want to ascend into the heavens myself, screw this world. (to add, I'm a human rift mage muahahaha)
Logo Mann ya ya bring the person down to earth but did they really have to take the hand
I FUCKING KNEW WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TRUSTED THE QUNARI!!
+Caio Trubat I didn't realize we ever trusted the Qunari, and I certainly didn't after that stunt they pulled with the Iron Bull.
KleineGames Precisely why I mistrusted them in the first place. I always thought that set up was made to test Iron Bull's loyalty and forging an alliance with them made me uneasy. Its why I always save the Charges rather than let those oxmen infiltrate Thedas.
+Caio Trubat I never liked their brainwashing culture, I always considered the qunari to be just as evil as the tevinter.
+femtoservants i thought that sten was cool in origens
Bdeamo N I used to like Sten too... But then I remembered what he said about Alistair that the Qunari never stopped fighting against the rest of Thedas, they just agreed to back down for a while to bid their time to strike again and if you complete his quest he will tell you that "I will not look for you in the battlefield". Even Sten knew the Qunari return was all but inevitable. And if the comics are any indication, Sten might as well be the new Arishok.
Dammit Sten, why you be warin' against The Inquisition?
+Axzack Because of the unfulfilled crush he had on the Warden.
My Warden would have rejected him for Leliana.
So of course he would try to ruin everything!
StormShaun Oh, so good old jealousy eh?
Axzack Yeah, and both Ferelden and Orlais are jealous... Because the Warden is so much better than them.
...Can you tell I miss the Warden?
StormShaun Yes. Too bad he's dead *cries* Seriously though The Warden and Oghren, where the fuck are they?
Axzack Your warden died? Man, that sucks. Mine trusted Morrigan enough to make the deal, and thankfully, Leliana was happy with the choice. Now I expect Flemeth to fuck everything up soon.
Apart from that, I really want the Warden to come back. I mean, while Hawke was the best revolutionist, and the Inquisitor was the best leader... The Warden, he's just *THE best.*
Me through the trailer: Solas, SOlas, Solas, Ohh that's interesting, Solas, Solas, WHERE THE F*** ARE YOU EGG, *_continues chanting Solas_*
_Dragon Age Inquisition Trespasser logo appears_ NOOO! SOLAS PLEASE! SOLAAAASS
- The talking Egg appears - YAAAAASSSSSSS
SPOILERS BELOW.....
I really, really, really hope that we get a chance to talk to Solas about the fact that he's the fucking Elven God The Dread Wolf Fen'Harel and that he absorbed Mythal/Flemeth into himself. Meaning he can control the Inquisitor like Mythal did in the Fade when you were with Morrigan. Though I'm hoping, since he and I were great friends in my game, he wouldn't control my character for anything. I would willingly help him anyways.
+Lion_Turtle Yes, we all want answers to that. But, the Inquisitor doesn't know that yet.
+Lion_Turtle call me simple but i just want to punch him again
I want there to be an epic boss battle for solas though
+Lion_Turtle My fave inquisitor romanced him. This is going to be so much drama. I'm ready.
+Iqbalx1 I think fighting him would be fighting the completely wrong enemy. Solas is not the enemy.
*throws money at the screen while crying*
Four years since the release and I'm still crying like a bitch after rewatching this trailer for the hundreth time.
WAS THAT SOLAS AT THE END?! SHIT, WHY AM I WATCHING THIS, I JUST STARTED THE BLOODY GAME!
I find it hard to believe you haven't been spoiled to the ending for this game by now.
I was so happy I wasn't. I just finished the game and didn't know about anything. I was spoiled on many other thing in the game BUT not the most important. So... I'M HAPPY
Lel, ive played the game since it launch but just started to finish those 3 dlc, but ive done the descent and jaws of hakkon.
Mart R. Fair enough.
+倪传历 Anyone knows if ps3/360 will receive this fucking DLC ?
Renan Souza They said a few months ago that old gen wont receive more DLCs other than than the first piece due to some sorta limitation.
"I suspect you have questions"
Still have them in 2024
Apparently DA4 is getting released at some point before March 25, 2025. We’ll see if that holds, especially since we’ve seen no gameplay, but I’m hoping it finally gets released.
Well you have some answers now.
We are almost there
this was the vibe they left this story/setting with
and they wait a decade to drop whatever goofy-ass nonsense is happening in that new trailer, yeeeesh, hard pass
too bad last gen will never know how it ends :/
lol
+mrcliff34 Too bad YOURE POOR HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
happy about it since the dlc won't have any restrictions
+StarWarsJockey lol shut up XD
+mrcliff34 We don't get the Golden Nug or the wardrobe either. :/
I CANT WAIT FOR DA4 OMFG, FUCK MASS EFFECT..i just can't wait for da4, make my wish come true and make it such an amazing game
DA world is better than ME world... I agree.
Plotkai the lore is better than mass effect since so much is unknown in dragon age but we all know where to reapers came from, what their purpose is, and all that so it takes some of the luster off
Reapers are cheap and poorly executed Tryanids/Swarm/Flood.
I never liked this Ancient Ones stuff with the great all-father race who rules the Galaxy/Universe but still gets fcked in the end....
bump
Teréze i just hope they bring the left hand back cause i am not going to get used to that shit
Woah. Wait. Alix said "bloody world" in the, er... other... trailer. Now its "f'ing world"???
+AlleluiaElizabeth Hell yes I love it!
+AlleluiaElizabeth I NOTICED THAT TOO OMG I LOVE IT, I'm assuming they didn't use the f word because it was a public venue, but this is youtube so why the f not :3
+AlleluiaElizabeth I noticed that as well! Holy crap!
Yes, they had to nix it for Twitch, but the "official" trailer is uncensored
+AlleluiaElizabeth Red-band trailer.
An actual good DLC? Also, we live in a f***ing world according to Bioware and a bloody world according to EA :)
I started hearing this by the tavern, right before going into the Eluvian for the last time: ruclips.net/video/cJET7RfZnB4/видео.html
And then once inside the Anchor starts to act weird again, Varric says something about the last trip being the best one... and then it hit me "We are all going to die..."
_All the feels_
geek remix are going to live this
I mean love
Yes! Another Geek Remix fan :). Can't wait to watch them play this (after I finish it at least once).
+LoneLadyLycan They won't be playing on launch because Mari will be on holiday :(
And I can't wait for them to play it!
TheSpaceTiger
That's good. It will give me time to finish it. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
years later still an amazing trailer
Looks nice but I plan on replaying DAI again with all its DLC's when the next Dragon Age is close to release. I dont like starting and stopping then starting again once a new dlc comes out, just personal pref's I guess. DAI was my game of the year last year BTW :)
shit that might be awhile my friend.
+4Skyrim According to Mike Laidlaw this is the last DLC for Dragon Age Inquisition so you might wanna give it a go.
this also looks post game, could still fit well after completing a run through
+ilias mits Wait what we haven't even gotten to the wardens yet Q.Q figured they be a whole dlc about that.
+4Skyrim This DLC takes place after the events of the game. You're not starting over.
The first story-driven DLC with a story about something that I actually want to experience.
Killeuzee
I played Jaws of Hakkon post-story in my game so Solas wasn't with me when I went through the DLC, but I heard he has some interesting bits to add when you see all the things Avvar do with spirits.
After the steaming pile that is the new Trailer for Veilguard, I can now without a doubt say that I fear for Mass Effect being the next offering on the Altar of Destroyed Franchises.
yes yes yes YES YES YES YES YAS YAS YAS YAS YAS YAS yep
+Amphibious Lycanthrope yes.
+Amphibious Lycanthrope exactly
So yes? I think yes.
My inquisitor is an elf so Idk if I should be praising Solas or being "what the fuck bro?"
It looks like this DLC has something to do with the Elven Gods. :OOO
+Jeffrey Almazan A big part will also include the Qunari as well.
+KleineGames And the Inquisitor.
Harry S. Plinkett Well of course and the Inquisitor. It is our PC afterall. That's sort of a given.
+TourAbsurd off to the hanged man for some good craic
0:31 ...... all those loading screens that awaits >.
Zrikk actually there was surprisingly none unless you were teleported to a completely different region. Even then they were only about 20 seconds max for me.
"Can one thing in this *fucking* world just stay fixed". Okay, the Inquisitor is really pissed off.
God the Female inquisitor GoiNG OFF is still the hottest thing to listen to
OMG SHE SAYS FUCKING IN THIS ONE
Fair enough with the Hawk part.
This playing this after finishing DAI when it was released must have felt different then now. I only started in 2021 so I didn't have to wait for the dlc. That time jump must have felt real and seeing the companions must have been nostalgic.
Uh I put Alistair on the throne and now Ferelden is pissed at my inquisitor? aLISTAIR WHY
Katnissashes Because as king, Alistair becomes an arrogant prick over time
@@manimals-jormungandr8144 Is he an arrogant prick, or just so completely done with everyone's shit he has no fucks left to give?
Looks like you were right Morrigan. "Many will be eager to knock you back down" indeed. But like one of the first DAI trailers' said: "Let those who would destroy us, step into the light."
"Can one thing in this f*cking world stay fixed" my body wasn't ready for that...
ahh still gives me goosebumps 😭😭💕
Definelty doing my female playthrough first. Why? 1. Drank the well of sorrows. 2. Romanced solas. 3. 0:46-1:03 the voice actress sounds totally pissed.
oh shit i'm sorry for your bad choices 😂
This is now one of my favorite Bioware trailers! sent shivers down my spine. Can't wait to send my Inquisitor through her final journey (and finally wrap up that Solas romance!)
I hope Bioware was smart enough to give all lavellans who romanced solas some special dialogue. Maybe something like convince him to come back or choose to stay at his side while he does whatever he needs to do. As a consequence you would have to leave the inquisition behind. Someone agrees ?
Alix is hilarious in angry mode :D And Solas new outfit is awesome.
+VaultBoy111 I hope you're right!!!!
+VaultBoy111 you give Bioware so little credit :< of course they will...rite>?
+VaultBoy111 also if there was an option to run off with him in his mission I would drop everything in a heartbeat and go with him.
I feel the same way! :)
And I am absolutely sure that they will give lavellan opportunity to talk to them about their relationship.
Could one thing in this fucking world just stay fixed?
+Alexis Cooper It was here, right here, that I threw money at Inquisitor for the game. About the only thing that did stay fixed was In Hushed Whispers and even then she's gotta have nightmares about that for months.
Bioware, This game with the dlcs was the best rpg I have ever played. I really cared for the characters, and the voice acting was great. To bad andromeda lacked good characters, voice acting. Beautifull scenery though. The planet tp took far too long though
for those who want to know; the song is called "all or nothing" by audiomachine on their 'Magnus' album (:
THANKYOU!thankyou!ty!ty!ty!ty! 😂❤
I know I'm a bit late but this really is a great trailer :) well done guys
Maarten D'Hoe I'm late as well
#TheDreadWolfRises
"CAN ONE THING IN THIS FUCKING WORLD JUST STAY FIXED?"
lol nah
So this is an epilogue?? should we expect a new DA game within the next year or two??
+DK988 Not year or two. But in the future yes. They have said the next game will be a completely new story arc. Maybe it'll take us to an entirely new land, given that DAI gave us access to all of Ferelden and Orlais, and I don't think anybody wants to return to Kirkwall.
Bioware will be focusing on Mass Effect and whatever their new IP is for the next couple of years though.
+edallencompassingly And ofc KOTFE (The new expansion for SWTOR)
TheParagade
Oh right my bad ok that too then. So definitely not any time soon. But the franchise has been hugely successful for them (even DA2) so there's no way they will stop. Plus that Dragon Age Keep has been logging stuff from DAI, so clearly they intend to use it.
*****
No the Trespasser DLC supposedly is the end of the Inquisitor's/Inquisition's story. They also said DAI in general will mark the end of the current story arc. So presumably a fourth game will be entirely new. New land, all new characters etc. Plus they've never had the same character be the protagonist for more than one DA game anyway.
*****
I don't think their plan is necessarily to make it bigger in that way.
I love alix' voice acting performance! Especially in trespasser!
"Can one thing in this fucking world stay fixed" Been asking that since Origins
Oh, I get it, you bet I have questions because I'm the Inquisitor. Stereotypes are wrong, Solas, but I wouldn't expect an elf to understand.
I finished the main questline today in my ps3 and i am sad because i don have a pc or ps4 to play the dlc :(
I'm glad they made the inquisitor a little angry in this, she/he has a right to be after everything they've been through, and it really makes the character more realistic ^-^
"My own hand wants to fucking kill me."
Ah, yes. I'll be looking forward to seeing that.
"Could one thing in this fucking world stay fixed!" *instant chills*
Have you ever been so excited you feel physically ill?
fucking chills every time
Solas is my favorite Character out of the inquisition lol xD At first it was Dorian but the more closer I got with Solas as just a friend //I romanced him also in my first play through// but with my Reaver Qunari I was still able to remain close friends with him.
Main theme of this DLC - it's something amazing, like soundtrack of Inqusition in total. Pls invite T. Morris again for sound of DA4!
Finally! a post story dlc, looks like I need to replay the dragon age series lol for this one
damn dat inquisitor is angry af
*SCREAMS*
Also, FINALLY a trailer with a female Inquisitor, bless you Bioware.
How this trailer from 8 years ago has more life than the new game???
Wait, I don't think I've heard the F word in DA... ever. I get the impression that they may be pulling some inspiration from other more recent mature RPGs, you know, in particular a one featuring a certain monster slayer. I'm all for it, this feels like a return to form and what we actually have been wanting to see storywise. Solas!.. Talk to me bro.
+Northwilder Oh you know that DA4 will be 'inspired' by TW3 like DAI was relatively more 'inspired' by Skyrim.
+Northwilder A few times in Inquisition, someone said the F word. I know Bull has.
+Northwilder They've definitely said it before in Dragon Age. And Dragon Age doesn't need to get anything from the witcher, at all.
Tal va fucking shoth
Hawke: "Is there a horde of rampaging Qunari I should know about?"
Well...seems like Hawke got his wish granted XD
Notice how she says fucking world when the Fem Inquisitor is angry, nice change.
Can there be a punch Solas option because my Lavellan and I still haven't recovered.
Where's my mastercrafted gear Solas? You know the one that I MADE with the skin and bone of a high dragon?
It's now been 2 years and I still hate that egg-head.
But damn it, if I can't continue that romance I will riot.
i love you BioWare but you just forgot PS3 users, what about us?
not everyone has a PS4,we don't have a money tree you know.
+Kathleen Cakin Well.....You can always get paper delivery route to help pay for it...
+dreman999
What is that?
Ps:Sorry english is not my native language.
Kathleen Cakin It's a joke. Back in the day people who were low on money could work a job were they wake up early and deliver news papers to subscribers house to house.
It's basically saying if you want it that much jet an extra job to pay for it.
+dreman999
ok,ha ha very funny.
+LightningSamus
yeah i know,sadly.
best game ever
I am sad that the adventure is finaly over, This game was magnificent. Looking forward for another sequel !!! :)
😭😭😭I love this series so much like.... I’d literally cut my legs off for the next game (Not my arms because I need them to play it)
"Can anything in this world stay fucking fixed?!" Lmao, love it already
Omg I fucking love the British female inquisitor
Malcolm Swoboda Yeah, but the trial or meeting that is happening does happen before the Qunari attack
TheGodlikeDragon Ah thanks
Came here after the DA4 trailer to remember the glory days when good things were made. When Bioware could make great trailers, attractive characters, interesting stories. DAI had its weaknesses and flaws, but compared to what we were shown in 2024, the old games look like masterpieces. Even DA2, made in such a short time, seems better and more interesting, in terms of characters, atmosphere and style, than DA4, which became just a bad cartoon.
This is my favorite trailer for the DA universe. Too bad there won't be more of that atmosphere and style(((
You'll make me cry.
Ok, so I've watched this 10 times or more...
Previous DLC didn't rlly interest me because they didn't say anything about what happens after the ending but this...
Bioware, take my money please :D
"Could one thing in this fucking world just stay fixed!" This sentence is why I rewatch this trailer so much xD
Awesome, I was wondering when the inquisitor would get fed up with all the ungrateful little shits in Thedas.
"Could one thing in this FUCKING WORLD just stay fixed?!"
Yeah, I think every protagonist has said this at least once.
