I absolutely adore this scent. I just tested it on my skin in the perfume shop, fell in love and immediately bought a bottle of it. It is the most comforting & warm scent my nose and I have ever experienced. It is almost creamy, lotion, oil like and I love it. Even after washing my hands 3 times I can still smell it on the back of my hand (even though I didn't even sprayed it on my pulse points). I AM OBSESSED 🥰🥰🥰🥰
The entire Nomade line is my favorite designer line. I own every single one and will add this to my collection soon as well. Buying it blindly. I like to be surprised.
Hi Miri! So nice to see you!❤❤❤ I’ve been interested in this. But, I have so many ‘lovely’ fragrances! While this one would also be lovely, it would be nothing unique…😢 I’m disappointed….. Thank you for your thoughts on this perfume. You made up my mind and I really appreciate it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Leah! I know you have a beautiful collection and although I'm pretty certain you will like it because it's pretty, I wish it had more character. But it would make a great gift as I can't imagine anyone disliking it. If you manage to try it out, let me know what you think of it. 😉🙃🥰
Thanks Really good and useful review. I haven’t tried the fragrance yet as it isn’t in the shops. I certainly will, however sounds like it is not matching the expectations.
Yeah, it doesn't match the ad and notes listed on Fragrantica, but nonetheless, it's a very pretty and likable fragrance. I hope you'll like it when it gets available in stores. 😊🥰
Hi Miri 💙 thank you again for this very informative and discriptive video. I fell in love with this scent, for me pencil shaving comes out upon first application. I expected something deeper, nevertheless it has a place on my wishlist :)
I'm so sorry this fragrance didn't work out for you. Fragrances are truly very personal and they depend on your skin chemistry a lot. Thank you for sharing your experience. 🌺
@@GruneWeite Aw, no need to apologize. I know my English isn't perfect so I thought that's the reason. I guess we are neighbors then. Thank you for your comment. 🥰
@@Miri-s Actually, no, it wasn't. As a historiographer, albeit with only a fundamental understanding of Egypt, (my expertise lies in Medieval Europe), it puzzled me how you might even know how some of the fragrance notes might actually smell in order to place such a harsh judgment on the perfume without having visited Egypt during the time period evoked. Being unfamiliar with kyphe myself, I Googled it, as well as looked on Fragrantica, and based on the mix reported...but not the proportions of the ingredients...it seems fairly unreasonable to pronounce such an absolute verdict, such as you did...with you having never even visited Egypt yourself...particularly not being able to hie yourself back in time. The imagination is a potent thing, although not the same for everyone. Yet it seems you seemed to fixate on the use of Egyptian blue on the bottle and whether it was enough or appropriate...if for no other reason than you read it on Google. You seemed a bit harsh in some of your comments...which led me to wonder at your expertise on Egypt a century ago.
@joannathesinger770 I think your comment is very harsh. Everyone can have their own expectations, and if you listened to the review, you would know mine wasn't based solely on the kyphe note, but also on other notes listed. If you're concerned about the authenticity of kyphe note, then Chloe itself shouldn't use it in the notes since they weren't able to go back in time either. I'm not sure why such a harsh comment as I always try to be as objective as possible and I always list the pros and cons of every perfume I review. Also, this review wasn't about Egypt's history, but about the scent itself and fragrances should be fun and not historically documented. I hope you will have a great day.
Have you tried the new Chloe's Nomade Nuit d'Egypte? Is it a must-have or a pass for you? What other Chloe perfumes do you enjoy? 😉🙃😊
I like Chloé Nomade Nuit d’Egypte, it is luminous and nice for spring and Summer seasons 😊

Why why nomade nuit d'egypte is not available in US yet 😢
Really? Oh, that doesn't seem fair...

Hi! I'm not, I'm from Croatia, a neighboring country across the Adriatic Sea. Does my accent sound Italian? 😅

I'm not an expert, but I do google and research before making an video. I'm glad if the video was informative for you 🌺
