Excellent, Sarah! Some of your points with the new trains are valid. Hard seats, 3x2 seating, etc. As always, I enjoyed watching this video of The Mayflower Line!
Brilliant video Sarah, the artwork does look nice. It's interesting that theres benches that give information about the local area. I've only ever seen the class 720's and never rode them myself, I've heard mixed views about these trains.
Nice to see some more of the stations I never get a chance to visit at work, however I did sign LST to Harwich many many years ago so looking forward to pt2 😎👍
im liking Manningtree & Mistley & i totally agree about the 720s as ive ridden a few around London & the gangway is def too narrow i think GA have gone crazy with the capacity on the 720s brilliant vlog
Excellent video as always Sarah 👍 I really do think that manual announcements should be mandatory whenever a train is due to call at a station where not all the doors can be accommodated
Bit late to watching this, but I enjoyed it! On the subject of audio announcements about short platforms, I think the 720s announce in the affected coaches only.
Great channel Sarah! Like you I do prefer to Flirts, but considering the Anglia region previously had older hand-me-down trains I'm just pleased to have new trains on all routes especially those which were previously served by unsuitable 1-car 153's or two-car 156's. So the new trains are much an improvement. The acceleration on all those trains have shaved time on getting to stations too. The Flirts are quick accelerating but the acceleration on the 720's is something else - although not sure if you experienced it there but on a fast line for example out of Colchester those things really pick up speed!
@SuperLeonDenny Not experienced the acceleration so much but I do have the line out of Colchester on my list of lines to cover in the near future! I must say I don't miss the Sprinters that were used in the region either. The trip to Great Yarmouth is far nicer on the 755s! I do so miss the old slam door stock on the Norwich to London Liverpool Street though! Glad you're enjoying the channel!
These trains are a bit of a downgrade from the class 90 and mk2 or mk3 coaches running Liverpool St to Norwich. other then that gripe great video as always
Very nice video, do need to travel down the Mayflower Line and looking forward to the next one to see if you do ger control of your hair
Excellent, Sarah!

Another great video Sarah. You should visit the signal boxes at their respective heritage railways!
Looking forward to part 2 of the Mayflowerline to Harwich.

Great video. I am lucky today as both you and Glovestrains posted new films.
HI Sarah! 🤚
That wind is terrible. I think you need two "dead cats". 🙀🙀
That house was something else.
Think of your hair as your flag. Let it fly.
Excellent video as always Sarah 👍

Don't panic about the hair, then again I would say that because I am getting to that age where my my hair is either going grey or just non existant
It's only really when it gets in my mouth that it's a problem or jabs me in the eye that it's a massive problem 😂
Fantastic video...am I right in thinking Brian is running for parliament?
Really, really darned good video Sarah! Hm.... malt extract.... not for me!
