When you receive yours if you follow the video you should be okay 👍. If you have issues it maybe a bad fob. Any other questions I'll do my best to answer them.
That's good to know. Some scanners aren't capable to do the same. You have 3 to 5 tries before it locks out. Dealer is the best option. I'm not sure if this one does what yours can. It's guaranteed to be correct from them. A 15 to 20 minute drive is worth it if you don't know.
One of my keys buttons worked but the other one didnt. Any idea why?

alfoOBD app can pull the pin or the chrysler pin puller app can do it as well. don't go to the dealer
